Order is never right … then they complain when I try to get what I paid for! Lost a frequent customer. I’m over having to do YOUR job for you.
Always slow, always an excuse, will claim they didnt say what they said, 10 piece apparently means 9 piece every single time.
Went through the drive through to use my mobile app code. The person taking my order failed twice with the code I had, and I could not get my order. Management must train their employees better at this location in Highland IL. After being so frustrated with the service, I left without any food. I would not recommend this location. This is not the first time I had poor service at this location.

My quarter pounder was delicious but was so absolutely disappointing was I got no enjoyment out of the sweet tea I ordered. All I got was bitterness , just like this bitter review because you guys ruined my burger.

The fish sandwich is terrible I think that they are microwave them not crispy they are soggy nasty. Need new management or something needs to be done.
Ordered in the app. Sat in the stall for 10ish minutes was brought fries that are cold and stale and was not given my bbq sauce that they charged me for.

They never answer the drive thru speaker. I have been twice this week and have sat while the other lane keeps taking orders. If the speaker isn't working then block the lane off.
I placed an order within the mobile app and went to pick it up via drivethrough. after a nearly 10 minute wait, i was informed one of my items was not available and would need to be substituted. after receiving my items and returning home, i found i was missing an entire 20 piece from my order. so i had to drive back, only to find the lobby is closed meaning yet another long drivethrough wait. I told the first window worker why i returned and he assured me he informed his manager. upon arriving at the window i was handed the entirely wrong order, and had to specify once again that they had missed my items. upon getting my 20 piece, i found there were only 18 nuggets.. .. how is it this difficult??
I asked for extra caramel drizzle and caramel syrup even paid extra for it girl making it was more concerned about getting the new drive-thru order into the system then she was paying attention to my iced caramel macchiato order with the extra stuff in it I had to tell the girl at the window to please tell her to put extra in it that I paid for it because she wasn't even paying any attention to what the screen said because she was more worried about getting her drive through order in the computer here's a picture with my extra drizzle which I didn't get

Half of our Quarter pou ders were not cooked all the way through, lots of red meat.
Every table was dirty. Floor was gross. Workers were not welcoming seemed put out to have to take our order.
Food was not fresh and tasted terrible and staff was rude and argumentative. From the sounds of other reviews, this is a common thing at the Highland McDonald’s.
Seriously do better forgetting drinks for the car in front of us locking doors early forgetting drinks for dasher deliveries after being asked are drinks in there rediculous
