Very rude! No one was at the first window so I drove to the second. Handed the lady my card at the second window. Told her there was no one at the first window to pay, so I handed her my card. Kid in a white sweater said she didn’t pay. This was at 3:40 P on 12/1/24. You may want to teach your employees to not jump to conclusions and be loud about it!
Trust me boy I had the money to pay and I have my receipt for proof. McDonald’s lost my business.

I waited 15 minutes at this location in the drive thru after paying, they gave me cold fries and a raw quarter pounder. Terrible experience. Bad management judgment to understaff their restaurant on a Saturday, at peak lunch times. It made me deeply conserned about the safety of the other food I purchased on this visit. I was clearly mistaken in thinking mcdonalds had higher food quality standards than serving raw food. Especially after being in the news for e. coli.

We went thru the drive thru to pick up a mobile order when we get home to eat, there are literal clumps of hair all over the food, so that was roughly 60$ wasted on food I don’t even want to eat. Literally looked like a bunch of little dust bunnies, like someone brushed their hair over the food.

CONSISTENTLY THE WORST MCDONALDS I HAVE EVERRRRRRR BEEN TO!!!! Rude staff. Barely trained. Do not take drive thru cars in order. Consistently missing items from order, getting wrong drinks, no sauces, etc. Went to do Curbside and they had turned off online orders despite it being NOT busy and 3:30 pm. Corporate needs to send in a Regional Manager to straighten this place out

DO NOT EAT HERE!! You’re better off driving 30 minutes to Edwardsville if you want even half-decent service. Would not force myself to suffer through interacting with the incompetent staff even if I was starving. I mean it. Corporate should roll-over the entire staff list or shut the place down for a week MINIMUM to train the workers.

Seems like each time I go there it gets worse.last time I waited at curb and took for every.talked to the girl when she gave my food to me and said it was over 15mins she had to tell me short of people well that is not my fault.i said the French fries are cold she says yes I know and walked away.today Aug 31 waited for order and the oreo milk shake looked like it was dropped I took the bag and it was all over the bag.needless to say he took off.with the prices I shouldn't have to put up with this.theres usually always something missing.
