We had a terrific experience last night. The atmosphere is extremely nice, what a wonderful setting! Our server was friendly and attentive. We both enjoyed our meals. The salads were great as were our entrees (steak on skewers and chicken). We will definitely be back!

The food was nasty, way over priced and not Evan fit to eat. our bill was over $100, and we didn’t eat half of food. My steak was burnt. Needlesss to say we will NOT be back!

Had thanksgiving there and it was terrible, not enough food for a big family gathering didn’t even get the mashed potatoes we were all supposed to get by the time everyone passed them around there wasn’t any left and was never brought any more ! Oh we’ll probably tasted bad too!! And food all comes at different times , not as a meal would! Never again and over priced !!

I love this restaurant. It has wonderful food and service, but the unique setting is what really makes it special. It's literally a screened in back porch with wonderful views of the surrounding woods. Do yourself a favor and go there next weekend.

Only open during the summer months, a great place for a great meal. The Original Mineral Springs next door is open all year.
Had reservations; still had to wait 10 minutes for a table. Service slow. My Chicken Chardonney stuffed with shrimp and crab was not good. Baked Potato was brown, not fresh. Hubby got fried cod. He had 2 nice, thick pieces of fish. Coconut Cream Pie was just mediocre. Serve Coke products. Thankful there was an ATM on site with $3.00 fee. They only take cash or checks. It had been a few years since eating here. Very limited menu. Won't be returning.

Disappointing meal at The Back Porch tonight. The cod was overdone. The tenderloin had a grainy texture and was not at all tender. Cats wandered about our feet begging for food. Our sweet young waitress desperately needs more training as she has no knowledge of basic menu terminology, of how to serve a meal, and interrupted repeatedly.
