Terrific...Nick and Omar are both excellent. We had outstanding service and the food was delicious! We make Disotto's are go to place every Friday night if possible! Cheryl Levin, 847-525-7104
We had an early reservation which worked out as it got quite busy later on. The service was great, very friendly. They have valet parking btw, which is nice when it's 10 below, which it was last night. The food was great, and plentiful but that toffee desert was nearly the best thing I've ever put in my mouth that I wasn't married to.
i'm really not sure if I didn't look at the check or I really did spend the amount I did. I went on Monday the $10 pizza day and I got one pepperoni pizza, one lemonade and one Caesar salad and it somehow ended up being $43 after tip. I like the place but i'm not sure how the bill ended up that high. Beautiful inside and great great people working!
Roast chicken, branzino and lobster filled pasta are excellent. Wine is pricey, but not bad for a restaurant. Downstairs is less noisy than upstairs.
Nice table in the enclosed, heated patio. Virtually only ones there, so had servers to ourselves. Food excellent as usual. Lobster tortelacci special was wonderful.
I highly recommend this restaurant, great service and food, beautiful restaurant, music at good loud easy to talk and hear the music as well, the Waiter and busser very attentive, and the GM Nick came to us to say hello and ask us if everything is okay

Amazing food, friendly staff, and a great atmosphere. Everything came out fresh and full of flavor, and the service made us feel genuinely welcomed without being rushed. You can tell they care about quality and the overall experience.
Make sure you ask before you reserve if they will be seating you in the basement. We did not know there was basement seating and were taken downstairs by the hostess. I suffer from terrible claustrophobia and did let her know that. She did not care nor offer a better solution. Said the wait would be one hour for upstairs. Which I do not believe. I had a panic attack in the basement with her present and began crying. She did not bat one eye nor was she supportive. My family was sat in their “covered” patio area in 28 degree temperatures. We will NEVER eat here again. The food is not that great to be treated this way.
We had a delicious dinner on New Year's Eve. The chopped salad was delicious as was the orecchiette. Tiramisu was fabulous. Can't wait to go back.

Such a great dining experience! I had the bolognese, and it so good. You can really tell care goes into the food here. We also shared the Brussels sprouts and Italian salad, which were both delicious and complemented the pasta perfectly. The limoncello was so light, refreshing, and a great way to end the meal. Margo was our server and she was excellent: warm, welcoming, and super attentive. Everything from the food to the service made this a meal to remember.

We had an incredible experience, and a huge part of that was thanks to our waitress, Margo. From the moment we were seated, she was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. She struck the perfect balance between being friendly and professional, and she made us feel like valued guests rather than just another table.
Margo was extremely knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and made sure everything came out exactly as we hoped. Our drinks were never empty, our food arrived promptly, and she checked in just the right amount without ever being intrusive.
It’s rare to come across service that truly elevates a meal, but Margo did exactly that. She brought great energy, a positive attitude, and clear pride in her work. We’ll absolutely be back—and we’ll be asking for Margo every time. This restaurant is lucky to have her!

I didn't review this place when my group headed out to Chicago Botanic Garden for their October jack o' lantern show, and I should've. Their Orecchiete con Salsiccia was tasty and satisfactorily chewy (due to the sausage and rapini - the pasta was perfectly al dente, not undercooked), and although I had a non-alcoholic beer they have a wide selection of wines, beer and cocktails if you're so inclined. Check out their menu on the website as they have a considerable amount of dishes to choose from.

We couldn’t stop raving! It was the most cozy intimate restaurant, decorated for Christmas, with dish after dish we couldn’t stop chatting about. Can’t wait to come back! Margo’s recommendations and service were top notch- quick and kind!
