Disappointing Experience – Lacking Flavor and Freshness

I really don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, especially for small businesses, but this visit was unfortunately one of the worst Mexican food experiences I’ve had in quite some time.

The meal started with stale chips and an extremely bland salsa—an unpromising start. We ordered three different taco varieties to share among friends. One was supposed to be Ahi tuna, but the fish tasted more like Tilapia or even Catfish—we genuinely couldn’t tell. The other tacos, including one with duck, were equally underwhelming. The meats were almost flavorless, and the sprinkling of raw mango on top only made things worse by throwing off the balance of the dish.

To be honest, the whole meal reminded me of when I lost my sense of taste during Covid—not a memory I wanted to revisit.

I hope this place can take this feedback and improve, because I do want to support local restaurants, but right now, it’s hard to recommend.

The owners have done a great job of creating a fun outdoor space that makes you forget that you are sitting opposite the Walgreens parking lot! I always enjoy the tacos and am so glad they have a skinny margarita on the menu! The service is mostly excellent. Whilst this place is nothing fancy it is perfect for casual yet delicious food. I wish they were open on Friday and Saturday but understand why they are not.

Absolutely love this place! La Casa De Isaac & Moishe serves some of the best tacos I’ve ever had—flavorful, fresh, and perfectly cooked every time. The chips are warm, crispy, and clearly made fresh, and they pair perfectly with their delicious salsa. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is always friendly. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick bite or a full meal, this spot never disappoints. Highly recommend if you’re craving authentic, high-quality Mexican food!

If you’re looking for the best Mexican food around, look no further. This place truly has it all—flavorful, authentic dishes, an inviting atmosphere, and an owner who makes every guest feel like family.

While everything on the menu is fantastic, the nachos are absolutely next level—hands down the best I’ve ever had. Pair them with a fresh margarita and grab a seat on their charming patio, and you’ll feel like you’re on vacation.

Isaac, the owner, is always there with a warm smile and genuine hospitality. It’s no wonder this place is a local favorite. Highly recommended!!!

If you want authentic Mexican food this place is not it. If you want seasoned food this place is not it. They don't serve pork due to religious beliefs. Pork is a staple in Mexican food. Over priced food no flavor service was OK. Extremely disappointed with the quality of food. 17 dollars for a mediocre burrito with no flavor. Definitely will not return.

Soggy chips, slow service, & watered-down drinks have made this formerly delightful restaurant a place to avoid, sadly.

I love the grocery store to get a smoothie or some guacamole or just look around. I left with a large guacamole for 6$ was happy and fresh tamales made already I don’t know how much but total was 50$. Next time I go the same amount of guacamole was 7$ I paid left. Third same container of large guacamole 8$. Next time I go I got a smaller amount because I didnt want to spend that much and it was 9$. I am done… . Shame on you guys for taking advantage of me. I am a loyal customer but you clearly think I am a total sucker

I wouldn't give any stars ?
The service is good, the times I have ordered the rice it tastes like it has been there for many days and the sauces, especially the green one, are old too. It's a shame ?

They lack a good spicy red sauce and the trio's dish cannot mix salmon and enchiladas with green sauce...the waitress Zulema is very attentive, despite being the waitress alone, very attentive and answered all my questions regarding the menu... she prepares the drinks herself 10 out of 10?
