The weekend quesabirria is what got me hooked! If you're ordering for pickup, online doesn't give you the option so call. All the other tacos I've tried are also delicious. It's a small location, so be prepared not to dine in. When weather is good they have tables outside.

Great and amazing things come in small packages and La Plancha Loca is a perfect example of this saying. The place is small but very bright, the smells of the food that roam the air make your mouth water. The friendliness of the staff makes you feel genuinely welcomed. The food is unbelievably delicious, don't just take my word. The amount of people you see gather inside and outside will confirm how much people enjoy the food. Everything is fresh, the portions are extremely generous. The salsas are out of this world. I am very picky about Mexican food; I have lived in the NorthShore all my life and have never found a decent place to eat Mexican food. I have become a regular customer from the first day I stepped foot in their door. The food has become a regular stapple in my home. They also have the BEST "Taco Tuesday" deals anywhere!

Great tony little taco place. Wow. It was fantastic and they were knowledgeable about gluten free to advice me on what to order I got the Asada which I would rate a 7 of 10Then then Vampira which was a 10 of 10And the Vulcan which was a 10 of 10 but you have to get it without the fried crispy layer. Really great place.

Al pastor pretty dry, meat on the spit was not spinning, first red flag... Second reg flag is I ordered a alpastor burrito and they never sliced any meat off the spit? Uh? Okay? Haha not a good sign . I think they had meat from yesterday and just slapped it on the grill for us in front of our faces. Zero shame. Cool. They seemed to be more concentrated on outgoing orders than dining in. Cool... and by cool I mean not cool at all. Probably never going there again to be honest but it's the most authentic Mexican food in the area other than my kitchen or grill. If you want, I'll come back with my friend and you guys can give us proper burritos with double meat PROPER and I'll raise your rating lol... I saw more lettuce than meat and that's the third red flag. And that concludes my rant. In the end it did hit the spot slightly (not really) but can't help but feel like it could've been better.

Tacos are absolutely delicious. Not your typical taco stand. Small venue, but they have seating outside on the summer. I've had almost everything on the menu and I really can't say anything negative. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
