Everything would be ZEROS if I could post it. I ordered 2 McCrispy deluxe chicken sandwiches and got 2 deluxe Quarter pounder with cheese. I went back and got the order corrected and when I got home the fries were WAY TOO SALTY! The Highwood location is going down the toilet. If you want good McDonald's food go to Bannockburn location at 22 and Waukegan Rd. And do not go to Highwood if you don't want a headache. Just don't go to Highwood McDonald's.

Not diversified enough! The staff is mostly Hispanics. Hardly see any Black people employed here. This is becoming a common trend with the majority of these fast food restaurants. If they don’t improve with this, I refuse to patronize these establishments!!!!

Clean and very sunny interior with fast wifi. Often has balloons and decorations. The menu is the same as what I've encountered at other McDonald's establishments. I usually use the app to order $1 large coffees and then when I see the nearby Starbucks smile at the money I just saved myself.
The staff are always nice and helpful. And the inside is super clean and has good vibes! Best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to!

As a treat for our kids, we decided to stop at Highwood's McDonald's after dinner. We ordered through the drive-thru around 6:30, proceeded through payment, and picked up our order. Upon receiving our order of an M&M McFlurry for my son and two Kit-Kat McFlurries for my daughter and husband, we were immediately taken aback by the taste of the Kit-Kat McFlurries, which tasted strange and nothing like Kit-Kat. I went inside and kindly explained the situation. The associate, Kevin, immediately made it clear that it did not matter that we did not eat nor enjoy the McFlurry but he did not care nor would replace it. After requesting the manager, Anna came up and I showed both of them the uneaten McFlurries and carefully explained the situation, and again, I was laughed off; there was "nothing they could do." Further, Anna and Kevin, proceeded to have a prolonged conversation, in Spanish, clearly about me, right in front of me. They were incredibly disrespectful, unfriendly, and hostile to me. Furthermore, the "Manager" Anna, spoke with me for quite a while in English, and then suddenly claimed she could NOT speak English, nor could any other employee. I cannot believe that a business would ever treat a customer in this manner, and I am shocked they would employ a manager so disrespectful, arrogant, and clearly anti-customer. I will never come to this McDonald's location ever again, I look forward to writing reviews on every restaurant database, and I will tell everyone I meet not to visit this location. I am shocked and disturbed that this would ever occur. I am absolutely astounded and troubled by the fact that these are the standards accepted by the McDonald's corporation.

Mateo’s service was amazing .. he took my order with the greatest service and a sweet smile. My order was perfect and believe me I can order very picky. I will for sure return.. I will always choose this McDonalds , keep hiring kids like Mateo!!
