Keep screwing up orders everytime I come, this is the third time, instead of trying to help the manager wants to argue with me saying order was correct. It was not correct. I told her to double check. I did double check instead of her & then saw the error, Very Ridiculous Service. I’m gonna be speaking to management ASAP about this location, if you order something a certain way you should get it the way you order it.

Mobile ordered and parked, about 20 drive through cars later after I ordered, I drove around to the window and asked where my order was. They said they closed early and will not give me food and said I had to get a refund from the app.

Everything would be ZEROS if I could post it. I ordered 2 McCrispy deluxe chicken sandwiches and got 2 deluxe Quarter pounder with cheese. I went back and got the order corrected and when I got home the fries were WAY TOO SALTY! The Highwood location is going down the toilet. If you want good McDonald's food go to Bannockburn location at 22 and Waukegan Rd. And do not go to Highwood if you don't want a headache. Just don't go to Highwood McDonald's.

Not diversified enough! The staff is mostly Hispanics. Hardly see any Black people employed here. This is becoming a common trend with the majority of these fast food restaurants. If they don’t improve with this, I refuse to patronize these establishments!!!!

This is my favorite McDonald’s in all of the states I’ve lived in. The staff is always friendly and I have never heard “sorry our ice cream machine is broken”. 😅

Clean and very sunny interior with fast wifi. Often has balloons and decorations. The menu is the same as what I've encountered at other McDonald's establishments. I usually use the app to order $1 large coffees and then when I see the nearby Starbucks smile at the money I just saved myself.
