This is the BEST McDonalds! The food is served hot and delicious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The managers and owner should be very proud.This McDonald's is worth traveling out of your way to enjoy the service and food. My favorite food is the Quarter Pounder with Cheese. They also make a great Mccafe Carmel Frappe.

The food is ALWAYS under cooked. It's like the employees are always in a hurry... Or at least "the cook."My most recent experience was definitely my last. I only ordered a med frie. They were warm, dry, and hard. I asked for them to be made fresh. The employee took the bag, told me to pull up, and they'd bring them out.Immediately after tasting them, I thought they were the same fries, redipped in grease! I kept telling myself, "No, that would be unsanitary. They wouldn't do that. "Yet, and still something wasn't right. Then I figured it out, they recooked some old fries and gave them to me like I wouldn't notice how chewy and greasy, an old frie would taste!I'm big on principle (takes things seriously). Luckily for them, I had something to do that day because I would have confronted the staff. This was totally unacceptable! And unnecessary! It would've took them the same amount of energy to make fresh food...

Got my simple order wrong 2x.English was not primary language of order taker in drive up. Nice but couldn't understand difference between regular and diet. The small fies price might as well bend over for. Expensive.

They can never seem to get the food correct and then when letting them know you are missing something they provide attitude and instead of trying to be helpful.

No Nonsense
Boy oh Boy, today July 25th around 5:30 pm I encountered a big hispanic, young guy taking the order in the drive through looked like he was stoned and very unprofessional at the window. Then the cashier another young hispanic guy looked like he was half asleep! He asked me to drive forward until food comes out, I asked for my receipt and he said you need the receipt and I said, you are ALWAYS suppose to give receipt, don’t ask if you want it, I said.I told manager which is another young, hispanic guy, about the two employees and the manager did not even apologize for both these two employees behavior, I can see why…the Manager is definitely NOT a good role model!!!! What a mess this place is!!

We went to this McDonald's on the way through to Wisconsin. We ordered our food on the kisok. Sat at the table, resturant was empty and it took a long time for our order to come. 1 of the shakes and 2 drinks were missing. Our daughters shake was wrong when it came.Disappointing for the amount of money we spent feeding 5 of us.
