Tried repeatedly to place an online order via Local by Toast (listed as the preferred app) and repeatedly received error messages. Mistake was then using regular Toast and the order went thru, later was called to inform me that I would be charged for both orders even tho I explained when picking up my order what had happened. Lesson learned and wanted to pass on to others.

They need lessons from the original branch in terms of customer service. Our server was very rude - when we asked which one is lamb and the ribeye - her reply was, “I already told you!” Then we said we’ll make space because we were doing family style and she goes, “Well I didn’t know you were not eating these individually!”. My kids were all in shock because she also made faces behind me. We are patrons of the Chicago branch but Highwood was closer to our home. Safe to say, I might not go back to Highwood to dine. I’m also in the food industry so I know proper customer service can make or break the establishment. We dined on Sunday 8/17 at 1pm and our bill was over $170 plus a good tip.
Helem was very sweet girl and was very attentive. Overall we had a great experience. Food was amazing. We will be coming back🙂

Poor service and unwelcoming behavior of the staff. The person taking our order asked extra for additional sauce and when we went to pay the other employee was surprised that we were asked to pay. There was no follow up after food got delivered and they didn't give us part of the meal that we paid for. They offered to give us when we were walking out after meal was done, which was pointless. Meal was expensive for the quantity, but tasted good, so 3 stars only for that. Will not be coming back.

First time ordering for take out. Cashier less than helpful in assisting with understanding menu options. Avoid fillet mignon advertised on website. It is fillet of something, not mignon. Tough and dry even though ordered medium. Not edible. Very disappointing.

Our first time visiting. Delicious Mediterranean food. We had the salmon kebabs, cucumber salad, fries, pita and hummus. Loved the hot sauce. Helen was a a great server.
