They need lessons from the original branch in terms of customer service. Our server was very rude - when we asked which one is lamb and the ribeye - her reply was, “I already told you!” Then we said we’ll make space because we were doing family style and she goes, “Well I didn’t know you were not eating these individually!”. My kids were all in shock because she also made faces behind me. We are patrons of the Chicago branch but Highwood was closer to our home. Safe...

Poor service and unwelcoming behavior of the staff. The person taking our order asked extra for additional sauce and when we went to pay the other employee was surprised that we were asked to pay. There was no follow up after food got delivered and they didn't give us part of the meal that we paid for. They offered to give us when we were walking out after meal was done, which was pointless. Meal was expensive for the quantity, but tasted good, so 3 stars only for that. Will...

The food was amazing, portion size was a ton and the price was so reasonable! Every worker here works so hard and you can tell! Great staff, extremely clean and well run. We will definitely be back!
