Sandy’s in one of our GO TO local favorites for breakfast! The staff is always friendly, and the food is delicious! It’s not a huge place so seating can be limited but it’s worth the wait or sitting at the counter! Their coffee mugs even say, “it’s all good.”10/10 for usParking: You can park on both sides on the street, there’s a parking lot next door, and a big lot across the street.Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly. High chairs and booster seats available.

This is a laid back place where you can relax and be your self. The staff is friendly and just really kind and interested in making your experience a pleasant one with delicious food that comforts you. It's not pretentious and you do not have to worry that you don't fit into the crowd that is dining or serving there. They have a family feeling where you can take sone time in your hectic life to feel cared for and maybe have a laugh or two. If you want an old school diner with a relatable experience surrounded by people that really care about making you happy and comfortable as you sink into some real tasty food. Then get your hiney in this place and take a load off. Hope you guys never change. Keep up the great work.

This is the real deal. Friendly server, really nice bottomless cup of coffee, and ample portions of good food. If you are looking for a good local joint, this is it. My wife and I split the Sandy's Combo. Two eggs, two pancakes, potatoes (we added onion at our server's suggestion...good call) and two sausages. We substituted chicken sausage. Everything was great, in fact my wife thought the potatoes were the best she ever had. Glad we dropped in.

This place is a complete gem! Food was incredibly good and fresh. Service was world-class, and the atmosphere was late 60's nostalgic.
They're great over there. If you drive thru Highland Park you have to try it. If you live there you should be going there at least once a week. They never disappoint. I just had the best omelet of my life.I wish they made their own jam, but they make their own hot sauce at least. They work well under pressure as well. I will always come here if I'm in the burbs

We stopped in for breakfast on the first day of our Lake Michigan circle tour trip. The food was amazing, but the service was above and beyond what I could have expected. My battery died and while we waited for our food our amazing server called a local car repair shop and they came to the restaurant got my vehicle and installed a new battery while we ate! She could have just as easily gave me the recommendation to the shop and kept moving right along with her busy day, but she took the time to go the extra step! I can’t explain how appreciative I am for this!
