This is the perfect location in my way to work, however the blonde middle age lady with headphones on always has such a bad attitude! I am going to start leaving earlier to stop by Lake Forest or Highland Park instead.

Each time we go through my wife’s drink is never right. We never have issues with other locations. The manager isnt training its employees.

Didn't actually go into this Starbucks, went to the Travelling Food Pantry in the adjacent parking lot! ????Parking: Easy to enter & exit via Sheridan Road!Wheelchair accessibility: Some crumbling asphalt in areas, but easily avoidable!

My dad and I met halfway between chicago and Wisconsin to catch up and visit. My dad orders his flat whites and extra hot. The store was busy and my dad's drink was not quite as hot as he wanted and didn't want to feel rude, so I asked if they could heat it up for him. The barista was a kind young man who answered this query with "absolutely we can heat it up." I went to hand him the drink but he was already making it and even brought it to my dad. This seems minor but kindness and consideration are so good rare and we appreciated it so much. Keep up the good work!

The drink I ordered was not mixed at all. The syrup was sitting on the bottom of the cup in a thick gooey layer and the milk was not mixed in. I'm not sure how you can look at a drink that clearly has layers of different ingredients sitting on top of one another and think it would be acceptable to serve.

This Starbucks is located next to the Ft Sheridan Metra Station so keep that in mind on weekdays mornings. Before 7am, the wait time or drive-through times are quite reasonable. If I see that the line reaches out to Sheridan Road, however, I will drive on by. I tried the Oleato latté with soy milk which is Starbucks Blonde Espresso infused with Partanna® extra virgin olive oil, steamed with soy milk. It tasted smooth, and I did note flowery hints of olive oil. It felt rich and creamy and velvety. My favorite, Bacon Egg Bites, are soft and custardy, with chewy smoky bacon and tangy sharp bursts of cheese. The staff are chipper at 7 in the morning, and personable and efficient. The turn in the drive-through is on a tight radius so I always go slowly when maneuvering around the building: I still bumped my wheel against the curb. It's going to be a lovely day--Oleato and Egg Bites!

I've never seen a more poorly run Starbucks. The staff here is so comically unprofessional. Be prepared to wait in the drive-thru for an obscene amount of time.

First time I’ve visited a Starbucks and the line was short and the workers were moving prompt. The cashier, Sorax was a doll.
