We came through the drive through tonight waited 15 mins in line after paying for our food and another 5 mins at the window the fries were ice cold they had to ask us what our drinks were we got two dr peppers they gave us 1 diet Dr Pepper and the regular Dr Pepper they gave us tastes like dirt I would of been better off eating a scoop of dirt I am highly disappointed

Fiancee and I had a bit of an issue ordering on the app, no fault of the team, just a glitch. Called them and had them set aside the order as to not mess things up. The workers on duty were Christopher, William, Josh, and Caesar. They did absolutely great! I picked up my order about 20 mins after I should've (again, my fault) but they were so kind as to put our drinks in a cooler to keep them cold and gave us fresh fries when I arrived. Excellent service for a rare situation!

This establishment is very poorly ran. This used to be one of the top 100 in the U.S. Now I would venture to say probably one of the worst 100 now. They need help here not enough workers knowing what’s going on. The poor girl at the drive through was foing at least 3 people’s job maybe more. This place is pathetic.

Hard to get someone to wait on you sometimes, most of the time the order is correct-ish
There food is sometimes fresh and sometimes it's not. And the people are amazing the food can just be horrible sometimes.
They never give you or ask YOU if you need or what sauce or jelly.
