One of my favorite hidden gems in central Illinois. Highly recommend it if you’re in the Hillsboro area to stop in. Their bourbon selection is impeccable.
Great small town brewery! They have a wide selection of bourbon and a good selection of craft beer made in house. The building is also very neat, and provides a great atmosphere.
Opera House checks all the boxes; great beer, excellent service, chill atmosphere, awesome merch. Check them out. You won't regret it.
