One thing I will say Aisha and Ashley were the best they are always friendly to me, great customer service they even ask how my day is! Like? Where is this type level of service in the world we need more people like them. Thank you Ashley and Aisha definitely deserve a raise or some acknowledgment

I just left home run inn pizza hillside at 7.50pm. I waited approximately 50 mins for a luke warm pizza that looked like it had been sitting as well as over cooked before it arrived to our table. After explaining to the young lady who brought the pizza to our table that the pizza was luke warm she told me it had just come out the oven, the other young lady suggested putting it back in the oven. That can't be true because when i picked up the first piece it wasn't even hot. I would highly recommend going to the 31st street location for a better pizza, better customer service..

Placed an online order. Arrived within the time frame. There was nobody at the front counter when I came in but I noticed a worker servicing other patrons who were dining in. I waited. A lady came from the back. She didn't acknowledge me, didn't greet me, didn't tell me someone would be with me. Kinda rude. The other lady helping the dine-ins finally came over and she greeted me and was pleasant. The food came out about 5 min later.
The food was hot and fresh. I tried the buffalo chicken pizza for the 1st and last time. I redeemed my birthday reward and only paid about $4 for it. It wasn't bad but after a few slices, it gets really salty. The pepperoni pizza was good as usual.
Home Run Inn is a classic but the prices are getting ridiculous. My XL pepperoni was $30! It's nostalgic and always brings back childhood memories but due to prices, it's not something I can enjoy often.

2 stars because the pizza is actually good. But service is terrible. It's bad enough I get a text saying it's ready after 40 mins for a small pizza, but then I get there and still have to wait 15 more mins. Then the lady checks and tells me they are cutting the pizza. I was on the go so tried to eat in the car only to find out they didn't even cut the damn thing so it was a complete mess trying to eat it for being lied to. Not coming back. So damn overpriced anyway.

Kim and Marlene were great hosts. Seeing my sister and I were using canes they both assisted us from the beginning to the end. Marlene her us signed up for the rewards program. This was my first time eating in this one. Everything was great. Thanks for having super duper workers. Hold on to those two ladies. I will be returning for a great dine in experience.
