This is not a full service restaurant. I walked in. I was ignored and then asked if I wanted to dine in. I said yes. She sat me at a table and then told me to go stand in line(4 or 5 people in line already) to place my order. I turned and left.
Be advised they actively discourage people from sitting in the restaurant.

The service provided was great. Shout out to the manager, Ashley, for her prompt assistance in resolving an issue with our delayed pizza order.
We placed a delivery order through the company's website. When the estimated delivery time had passed without any updates on the tracking system, I contacted the store. Ashley promptly addressed the situation and her positive attitude alleviated any concerns I had regarding the delay caused by the DoorDash delivery drivers.

I grew up eating Home Run Inn's frozen pizza, and new that I just had to have the pizza fresh outta the oven. This pizza never disappoints!
I am a long time home run inn customer. I now have come to the conclusion that it's not the same as the original place I went to on 31st street many years ago +40. the price point for you get is just not worth it anymore and the taste is mediocre at best.
Pizza wasn't freshly cooked and it was cold when it was delivered to me. I paid for garlic and herb buttered crust, and they did not do that it was plain. I'm very disappointed and upset because my money was wasted!

I like Home Run Inn pizza, however avoid getting it more than a couple times a year. The Hillside store is closest to me, but the employees at the check out are rude and offer poor service. Today we ordered from Hillside, looking forward to the pizza, but dreading going into the store to pick up my pizza. To my surprise the woman at the front was very pleasant. If all there employees were like this, I would not be scared to order from you more often. Thank you to the employee at the check out Tuesday, August 13, around 5:15 pm.
