Love Krispy Kreme but THIS LOCATION has completely crashed and burned. Lobby is never open in the morning, drive thru is rude and slow, the hot donut light is NEVER on in the mornings. They don’t have half the items on a regular basis. I asked if the donuts were fresh, was told yes. Got 2 dozen and they were cold and sticky. If I want them that way I can get them at Jewel for half the price.
answering the telephone number provided would be helpful as well as not canceling my order after telling telling me it was on its way 20 minutes before it was due to arrive now I have nothing to bring to my party please notice the thank you card and tip waiting for the driver in my hand I don't have any donuts show off unfortunately
My first time at this location and literally showed up 15 min to closing last night. Drove an hour to stop here before seeing my niece. Darius was patient and understanding…he went above and beyond.
Great hire manager. He definitely need a raise.
