I drove 45 min to find a KK and was highly disappointed. I wanted the Barbie doughnuts, when they were available, and they gave me the wrong one. On top of that, the coffee they gave me was old. I get decaf so I never expect fresh coffee unless it's first thing in the morning, but this was terrible. To add insult to injury, the drive thru worker didn't speak one word to me when I got to the window, not a "Hi" or "Thank you" - nothing. Called corporate and was told they'd tell management and nobody ever reached out to me. 0/10. Don't recommend this location AT ALL.

I had a specific late night craving for their chocolate glazed donuts, and they did not disappoint!
Parking: There are only 5 in front,however, it's located on the outskirts of a mall. Parking is abundant.

It's 813 on 10/18/24. They had no glazed donuts. We talked to the girl with pink hair at the drive through asked her about why they did not have and amd she got mad and slammed the window on us. This is terrible customer service. Please do not come to this location.

Most times Hillside Krispy Kreme don't have the newest advertised donuts and I have visited a couple of months ago and they didn't even have the original. This morning my husband and I decided to stop in via the drive through. There was a piece of paper taped to the speaker that was folded so couldn't be read, therefore we moved up to the window to place our order. We were greeted by a young man who had no customer service skills AT ALL. Upon trying to place the order, his response was, "NEXT TIME ORDER AT THE SPEAKER!" My husband explained that there was a piece of paper on the speaker and it was folded over and couldn't be read and his reply was, "It said, order at the speaker!". I'm not sure why he thought that was an appropriate reply, when we explained the note was not readable. Clearly customer retention and attraction is not at the top of their metrics.
If can give zero stars I would ‼️‼️‼️ DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE ‼️‼️‼️‼️ Every morning when I come they never have anything available (but a glazed donut) but they open at 6 am but have open for over 2 1/2 hours when I came at 8:40 I have only to got cinnamon roll 1 time in a year like not say we don’t sell anything but glazed donuts until a certain time don’t go here so unprofessional other location you get anything ur not limited like this one

The classic glazed donuts are fantastic. They were still warm in the box. However, the kreme filled chocolate iced donut had virtually no filling. I was a bit bummed as these are my favorite flavor and I only get to come to a Krispy Kreme every few years when traveling. The staff working the register could definitely use a refresher on customer service and the importance of greeting customers. The gentleman working the conveyer belt shouldn’t need to greet customers because no one else is paying attention.

I went in a couple days ago and I was looking at their donuts while I was waiting for someone to come up to take my order. Tell my why all of a sudden soo many little bugs came out crawling out of their chocolate donut ? never coming back

Haven't been to Krispy Kreme in literally 20 years. Was super excited to try it again, as I had something to do in the area.
Says they open at 6am. Got here at 8. Nothing was ready. Legitimately nothing. They said it would be a 30 minute wait for just original glazed. Who has that kind of time? Absolute joke. Completely embarrassing. What have they been doing for two hours?
Obviously left. Not spending my money at a place that unprepared. Also, the cashier was incredibly terrible delivering us this news. Rude, uncaring, and inconsiderate. Very sad. Never coming hack.
