It was great for our kids being able to watch the donuts being made/iced. The donuts were so fresh, it was amazing. The staff was very nice and helpful, especially while we took a while to decide what we wanted, lol. We ended up stopping here on our way to Brookfield Zoo from 294, which was quite convenient, and made for a jam-packed, exciting day!!!

I recently had a very disappointing experience with my fundraising order at this Krispy Kreme. Unfortunately, the process was far from smooth from start to finish. When I arrived for my first pickup, the store hadn’t even opened on time. Once they did open, I found out I had been given incorrect information about my order and pickup details.
When I finally picked up part of my order, it still wasn’t complete, and I was told to come back another time. On my second visit, I was assured everything would be ready, yet I ended up waiting another hour only to realize they had forgotten about my order altogether.
What made it worse was the lack of acknowledgment or apology from the manager. I simply took my items and left. While this location is convenient to my job, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere moving forward. The lack of communication among staff and poor customer service made this an experience I don’t wish to repeat.

I waited 30 minutes for 2 glazed donuts. I was trapped in the drive thru and couldn’t leave. Staff was rude and unhelpful. If short staffing is an issue that’s literally the companies problem. Maybe don’t open if you are not fully stocked? Mind you I came at opening.

Witnessed a worker wash his hands, rub his nose, and then put on gloves and touch donuts..Workers are extremely unfriendly too. Disgusting place.
