Today at 5:30 pm in the drivethru , I asked for a cup of water with my order. The girl asked me if I wanted a bottle of Dasani. I said no, can I have a cup of water, she replied no. I drove away.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the service I received during my recent visit to Krispy Kreme. I usually look forward to the 'joy' your brand promises, but this experience was a complete letdown due to the unprofessional treatment I encountered from a staff member named Dominic. Rather than the friendly and attentive service I’ve come to expect, I was met with an attitude that made me feel unwelcome and disrespected as a customer. It is incredibly frustrating to pay for a premium treat only to have the experience soured by poor conduct. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I’d hate for other customers to leave feeling as discouraged as I did.

Such a disappointment of establishment. I ordered delivery directly on their website and they cancelled it after 1 hour of communications to replace certain items that weren't available. They cancelled the order 10 min before it was supposed to be here

Super disappointing experience at Hillside-S Mannheim Rd. I placed an online order for a heart-shaped item 2 days ago, and when I got to the store—after a 33-minute drive—they told me it wasn’t available. No heads-up, no warning, nada. Being offered just a replacement doesn’t make up for wasting my time and effort. Krispy Kreme, please communicate better so your customers don’t go through this frustration…

Drove to Krispy kreme from Aurora and go to walk in and the lobby is closed I knock On the door and they tell me the drive thru is open that I can’t come in to go to the drive thru and I asked the girl taking my order at the drive thru Why is the lobby closed and she says that they decided to close it early at 8:30 talk about crazy and unprofessional atleast I got my donuts but need to find a new location 🙄

NORMALLY I GO HERE AND THEY ARE VERY ATTENTIVE. FOR SOME REASON, THAT PARTICULAR DAY, NO ONE WAS AT THE REGISTER, THE PEOPLE WHO WERE IN FRONT, DIDNT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE ME OR LET ME KNOW IT WOULD BE ONE MINUTE. I WOULDVE WALKED OUT. NOT IMPRESSED.

Decided to revisit this location. The last time I was there the lady behind the counter gave me the wrong doughnuts. This trip it happened again. Just watch and check what you order.

Krispy Kreme is always a win when I bring them to family parties. The last time I came to this location it was understaffed and the selection of donuts was limited. But the staff was very friendly and working hard. I still showed up to the party like a hero and the 3 dozens donuts i brought disappeared almost instantly.

I came in for an online order. A little early probably about 15 mins before my pick up time. Every single one of the employees who worked there had such a bad attitudes. Like they didn’t even want to work there. It’s okay I’ll wait patiently. I said thank you and a happy holidays. No response just attitude. Zero stars
