The classic glazed donuts are fantastic. They were still warm in the box. However, the kreme filled chocolate iced donut had virtually no filling. I was a bit bummed as these are my favorite flavor and I only get to come to a Krispy Kreme every few years when traveling. The staff working the register could definitely use a refresher on customer service and the importance of greeting customers. The service was not friendly. There had been an issue with our order. No problem, they called us and apologized for the delay. When our order was eventually ready and we came to pick it up, first they said that they didn't have it, then seemed annoyed when we insisted that we were told that it would be ready. They found it and didn't apologize for their mistake.
