I usually love this location but the past 2 times Ive placed an order its been cancelled. Actually the order doesn’t even get cancelled in app they tell the person who is picking the food up to cancel!It doesn’t matter if I place it for pick up or delivery. They told my spouse he had to cancel the order bc they couldn’t do it, then they cancelled it 2 minutes later 😐. Ordered for delivery about 2 weeks ago and my order flip flopped between drivers until the last driver told me they said to cancel the order.It sucks bc the only other location is a 20 minute drive away.

I will never ever order here again in my life !!! The food is tasteless eggs rolls were absolutely nasty!! It’s the worst I’ve ever ever had. I heard some Panda Express are good but I will never try them again

The water is hot from the fountain machine, the lady said there is no ice. My first ti e in this place , I had repeat myself a couple of times until they hear me. Customer service is not that great

The food simply does not taste the same. I asked for a sample of something (I forgot what it was), but the employee told me they don't give samples anymore. I had to take a chance on the side, and ended up not liking it. The food was flavorless. I usually like the teriyaki chicken, but it seemed a little dry. When I asked for teriyaki sauce, they gave me a packet of it. I don't know when they changed from giving it in a little cup to a packet, it's not the same. The only reason im giving it two stars is because the service was good and organized.

Pay extra for the limited surf and turf lady literally gave me 3 shrimps and 2 steak pieces. If I wasn't in a hurry I would've complained. Literally a half scoop and a ton of rice.
Price was wrong from the menu Drinks said 2.60 they charged 3.30 I asked for the steak and they said they was out so i point to other steak dish and they charged me a extra 1.50 without telling me it was extra.

On Tuesday February 24, 2025 I placed a order for a larger plate of Beef & Broccoli, Sesame Chicken and Honey Walnut Shrimp for pick-up. The order was ready on time however, when I arrived home with the order it was incorrect. I had been given two orders of honey walnut shrimp. When I phoned regarding the order the staff person made me aware they were out of the sesame chicken, and took the liberty of substituting additional honey walnut shrimp without consulting me the customer in advance. When I requested to know why I was not informed prior to the substitution the worker, he became rude and argumentative. I requested to speak with the manager, who returned my call within 15 minutes. Luna who listened to my complaint and agreed I should have been informed prior to substituting. As a good faith effort Luna authorized a complimentary replacement meal, along with a additional courtesy meal with the entrees of my choice. I had never experienced a problem before at any Panda food locations, and was surprised at the behavior of this staff member. However, very please with the response time and quick resolution from Luna the manager. A few days later I picked up my complimentary entrée, all was well and staff working on that day were efficient and pleasant.

Be aware - there are a slew of rats that reside under the brick wall outside of this restaurant. They are obviously residing there for a reason.

We had to wait about 10 minutes while they cooked my order of string bean chicken. We were there at about noon. Not too busy. Tables seemed clean and utensils, cup lids and napkins were nice and full. Food was good, but very small portion of chicken and a few string beans served on a very large serving of rice. The staff was very polite and helpful. Building is handicapped accessible.
