Embarrassingly dry brisket cut as if they had tried to squeeze a third serving out of two sandwiches' worth of leftovers. It's a real shame too; staff and decor were excellent.

We had the “BBQ Sunday” ( baked beans, coke slaw topped with pulled pork) appetizer. The baked beans are one of the best I’ve ever had. The pulled pork was tender and very flavorful. I’d recommend ordering this.
We then ordered the Legal Diva sandwich (burnt ends with the smoked brat sandwich) and a side of their fried potato salad.
The brat was wonderful, juicy and full of flavor. The burnt ends under the brat was seasoned perfectly. It just pulled apart. This is a very good sandwich. The potato salad wasn’t as spicy as I thought it was going to be but still very good.

Went Sunday afternoon with the family. Food was cold and super dry 😩, My wife ordered a pulled chicken sandwich and asked for the coleslaw on side not on sandwich, apparently they charge it as a additional side if u ask for it on the side which the waiter didn't tell ugh 😑!
This is THE place to eat in Hinckley! They have THE BEST BBQ around. The food is always top notch and enough to fill up even the Big 'Ol Farm Boys! 😁 Coming here is always an amazing experience. The atmosphere is really fun and the kids will love it from all the TOYS EVERYWHERE to the games in the back room. The adults will love the wide selection of Spirits they carry. I, myself, do not partake, but I have been told that the Whiskey and Bourbons they have are absolutely great! You will be greeted with a smile, and they remember your name after just a couple of visits. Great family atmosphere, great food, and great people!

My mom and I randomly decided to try this today and oh my. Everything we got was absolutely delicious I have no complaints. The Rueben was amazing and the fried pickles and belly bites were insanely delicious! We can’t wait to come back and try more goodies soon!
