Even though there was no other customers, had to wait for guy to come from the back. Said he didn't have any online orders, yet there it was. He said he didn't have 2 of the cookies we needed, but yet saw we there were 2 in the bottom of the case as we were leaving. Guess he was saving them for himself. They had 20 minutes from time order was placed to time for pick up that they could have made them. There was VERY LITTLE meat on the sandwich and wasn't even cut in half. Did not have the drinks listed online available either.

Clean, friendly service, and awesome sandwiches. We live in Aurora, and traveled to Hinckley because all the Subways around us didn't accept any coupons. Worth the trip! We'll be going out of our way to this establishment again. ?

Incorrect pricing on menu items leads me to believe they cheat customers. My sandwich was 30 cents higher than advertised multiple times. Will not go back. They don't take coupons or have seating inside after 2pm. Terrible business model.
Went in this Subway in Hinckley Illinois around 2:45pm. Stood in there over 7 minutes with no one in site. Kept hear like someone was throwing things all over the back of the store. Food was all uncovered which wasn’t very appetizing. I decided just to leave instead of waiting any longer. I won’t be back

It's a shame you are not waited on in Chicago the way you're waited on in this Subway located in Hinkley, IL. They are polite, caring and they make the sandwiches like they make them on TV commercials. ????????????????????
