Bring back The Dino beef sandwich on the daily rotation, I’d be back here for a weekly fix! The sandwiches are great here. Fast and easy lunch service. Generous portions.

Get a sandwich, stay for the indoor bar or outside patio. The Pacino was great.

The Tarentino was amazing! Very good sandwich shop, with great, friendly, and super quick service!

Food is good when you can get it. I’ve been here five times and every time they “lose” my ticket and I have to wait 30+ minutes for them to notice. Every time it’s the same two people. Service was horrible at their old location and has gone downhill since they moved and started charging you the same price for half the amount of food you used to get.

I ordered the Scorsese and it was fantastic. Delicious bread, fresh ingredients, would highly recommend. Also there was a huge group in front of me and I expected to wait. Nope! Boom, there was my sandwich in just a few minutes.

The sandwiches were absolutely amazing. I genuinely do not think that a single aspect of the sandwiches could have improved any further. The inside of the place is like a warm and cozy home. The staff is so chill and the vibe is extraordinary. The quality was immense. Even the bathroom was great. I would give this establishment, my absolute highest degree of recommendation.

If you can't make it to Italy today, just head on over to this joint called PRONTO. This amazing sandwich shop brings me back to Italy, but I only had to travel to Hinsdale. Every aspect seems well thought out, from the branding to the decor, and especially the menu. Complimenti e buon appetito! 🇮🇹

They say “It’s about the bread” and they’re not kidding. I had the regular Pacino and my wife had the Coppola (Grande only). Besides being absolutely massive sandwiches (we sure didn’t need to get chips) the flavor alone was spectacular. Every bite was better than the last. By far the best sandwich I’ve had in a long time, if not ever.

When Pronto first opened in its previous location it was great and loved going there. Now the food is not the same quality and half the time it tastes stale and old.
The person taking the orders always seem new and don’t know what’s going on.
Overpriced for what you get now.

Pros: great sandwiches, flavor profiles, restaurant branding.
Cons: customer service is almost always lacking. High cost. The layout is nice enough, but not super welcoming. The paper, plastic waste is abhorrent. They really need to rethink how they serve their food.

I was so excited to try this place because I love a good prosciutto sandwich. I don’t live in the area but I decided to make a trip because their pictures online looked amazing. I can’t believe how boring this sandwich is. It has absolutely no flavor, the pecorino cream does nothing. The bread is spongy and does not accommodate the sandwich at all. Also the prosciutto is incredibly stringy and almost seems fatty in comparison to your typical imported, melt in your mouth prosciutto. Super disappointing.
