“I never noticed this place and then it just happened to catch my eye. I ordered the Chicken Katsu. It was delicious. The crispiest and best I’ve ever had. Don’t sleep on this place. The seating is a little less than impressive, but not bad. Everyone was very nice, and my order came to me quickly.“

“This is by far the WORST service I've ever got from a Wingstop. They gave me the wrong order. I called to advise them of the issue and was put in hold. The GM answered ( no one ever told me I was being transferred nor did I ask for a manager) he was so Rude and has zero customer service skills he should be fired. He told me I could come get it ( no way to do that) so i asked for a refund. He said ok and hung up in my face. I called back to ensure it was processed and he said very rude that it was processed. I asked him for the order number and his name and he told me I don't need his name, he didn't have the order number and that I was entitled and he hung up in my face again. I'm beyond disappointed and feel disrespected by the GM who is supposed to represent your brand. Sad to say I'll never choose to spend my money here again and it's all because of the GM onsite 5/31 @ 12pm . I came before they were closing and he took care of me , I absolutely love JJ Fish & Chicken! Every time I go, I order the chicken tenders, and they are always fresh, hot, and perfectly seasoned. You can tell they take pride in the quality of their food. The customer service is excellent—everyone is friendly, welcoming, and quick to help. It’s hard to find a spot that consistently delivers great food and service, but JJ Fish & Chicken nails it every time. We got the honey bbq and crispy’s homemade sauce. Both were good. We would go back there. You can eat inside but we saw mostly carry outs. They cook your order fresh, so it takes about 15 minutes, but you can call your order in for pickup. I looked up best wings near me and this place had 4 stars! I totally agree.
