We came after such a long time to this place which I knew since 25 years, very friendly Ali welcomed us with his warm hospitality and greets us nicely, offered to prepare the fresh vegetarian items fried Mushrooms and Badket of Biscuits for us ! I am extremely satisfied and from now on, will be coming here often to pick our favorites!

It was one of my worst experience of my life going to this restaurant. The lady at the front desk with name zainab is always busy talking to relatives and using disgusting word on phone . Before visiting her restaurants I called her and ask the closing time she said 9:45 I was there at her restaurant before 9 pm with family and ordered food.At 9:20 that lady brother off the lights and hand over us the parcel . I did not said anything and when I went home and open the food the food was disgusting with chicken black from inside especially chicken wings and the burger was burned and smell bad. I called them right away but no one answer the call. Please it’s a request never ever go to this place .

This place is disgusting, from the moment you walk in it's dirty, the front door is dirty you need gloves to touch it. The chicken is plain and old. It's like last week's chicken. The corn tastes like it's old and over boiled. It's so disappointing. There isn't one Browns chicken in the are that is good.
Nothing like walking in to a restaurant and the guy behind the counter won't get off his phone. They have a coupon on their website I want to use, so I show him a screenshot but he says to either print it out or order from the site. But the button that says to claim the special on their site just goes back to the image of the coupon.
I tell the guy this and he says he doesn't know how the site works. He reiterates I can print it out, and I just wave my hands around because this fried chicken place doesn't have a printer in it. Also note this whole time I have to keep getting his attention because he keeps going back to his phone call.
How has this place been here for decades? It certainly doesn't deserve the real estate.

The store had to make my entire meal saying it would be 20 minutes that turned out to be about 40-45 minutes. There was only one person in the store and she was not friendly at all. Spent almost $43 and it wasn't really good as I remembered. I will not be going back there. Popeyes and KFC will be getting my business now.
