Having a Bro Karen Moment !!! So hungryI recently visited this BWW location on a Wednesday evening around 6:00 pm with my children. As someone who has frequented numerous BWW locations in this state (approximately 30), I was surprised and disappointed by the experience.I requested a booth for myself and my children. However, despite there being approximately 8 open booths, which is typical for a BWW location, I was informed of a wait time. This was quite unusual, as I’ve never experienced a wait time at BWW with so many open booths.The inefficiency or understaffing of this particular location was evident, leading me to believe that either the staff was inexperienced or the operations were poorly managed.I rarely write reviews, especially negative ones, but this experience struck a chord with me. BWW has always been a favorite spot of mine, and I’ve never had a bad experience until now.

Came in for lunch awhile back. Only 3 tables occupied. Sat in bar area for 45 mins o me u no waiter no drink. Saw every table not cleared. Woman and 3 kids at one table group of 10 at another. 4 men sitting in the middle eating and drinking. After 11/2 hours asked th and asked to speak to a mgre 2 bartender girls if we could get menus and pop to drink. Said they couldn't had To be waiter. Flagged down thr water Todd and asked to speak to a Mgr another hour later one of the 4 men sitting at the middle table came over and asked me very aggress and he said thively what nt problem was. Sauce all running down the front of his shirt. I asked him who he was and he said the mger MARK. I proceeded to chew him out about sitting there among all the uncleared tabled and no service and his appearance and attitude. 3 guys came in and stood 10mins waiting to be seated finally got tired of waiting and started to clean their own table. MARK ran over to them yelling we don't do that here and threw them out. 41/2 hrs later we got food. Poor Todd I have him a $70 tip and Mark came over to take $20 off my bill .I told him give it to Todd he earned it. Todd should be the mgr.. Todd still works there and MARK is at another location. UNDERCOVER BOSS PLEASE PLEASE ADDRESS THIS NONSENSE ASAP

BDUBS is awful now. Don’t even bother going to any of them. They charge premium prices for low quality wings. It’s clear they switched suppliers for chicken wings, I paid $1.60 a wing and they were tiny and putrid. If BDUBs corporate is reading this I would appreciate a partial refund for this disgraceful experience. Server was

I ordered for delivery, my celery sticks had black mold on them. Spoke to a male manager, can’t recall his name, told me I would get refunded, yet I never did. Needless to say I will avoid buying from this location and all locations at all costs.
Haven’t been to a wild wings in a while. A great place to watch games and have a few beers. The food is average. The service was excellent. Lots of TV. Boneless wings just average.

Food was great , service was fast and our waitress was really nice and attentive, the only thing that needs attention is the baby changing table in the women’s Restroom, please fix it or replace it , it unfolds very low I was trying to change my baby’s diaper and she almost fell off , the straps are not working either , this is very dangerous and us moms do need a safe changing table for our babies this is a must everywhere we go so please fix it ??

Bar staff inattentive and rude.The chicken wings are tiny and can’t compete with literally any other chicken wing from any restaurant in the area. Building is nice, but everything else is bad.Picture of little whack wings included.

I’ve only ordered take out from here and they give me old food every time. The food has a odd smell like peanut butter. Never has a fresh taste either, always comes cold.
