This place is not what it used to be. Meat quality has dropped. Also napkins and stencils quality went down. Their prices went up sky high with the corona excuse and inflation. Now inflation is not what it used to be yet to see prices still high. I have dined with them for years and now when eating their Italian beef I got 3 different occasions things I can’t chew in their meat. When I complained they offered me a gift card. Like I said 3 times it happened. I got to leave this feedback because I gave them 3 chances. They also have that useless reward program that it takes a lot of spending to get a cookie and on top of that I keep getting emails that my reward points are about to expire. 😂 what a joke!!!! Reward points expiring. Why would u put an expiration for reward points. At least allow Mayb 3 years for them to expire since it takes a huge amount of money to get a fee sandwich. Please feel free to share your reviews as this is our only hope to get this gouging to end not only by Buona but other overpriced businesses.

Better customer service than even most sit down restaurants! The staff was super friendly and helpful with helping us order, asking if we needed anything else, and getting us “to go” boxes when we didn’t finish our meal. Their specialty shakes alone are worth the trip!
