Terrible customer service. What a joke!! I’ve came to this location several times & used expired coupons never had a problem with it.. We tried to use them but he said he couldn’t which obviously is a lie and to put a cherry on top he took the coupons we were going to use at a different location… Did not give them back. What kind of a joke is this .

The rude person behind the counter showed attitude as I walked in ther was no one else there I handed a coupon for chicken sandwich and he didnt like that because I could tell from his look and how he continued taking my order After I paid I asked for a cup for water and he refused giving me a CUP saying and showing the coupon that it doesnt say cup on the coupon All with broken English so he Manuel did not give me a cup for water OMG America where did you go???????? GTFOH.

Visited Burger King Location: 21231 in Hoffman Estates. Order number: 97 on 12/10/2024. I order 2 double whoppers plain just cheese, one small fry and a number 1 meal. We live in Algonquin. Got home no small fry but was charged for it. My wife’s fry’s are dry “af”. The burgers are fine. The location was not busy. Two cars in the parking lot. We had been the only car in the drive through. You people are complaining you want $20 an hour. How about you get the order straight first then let’s talk about giving you $20 an hour.

Parking: I ordered a fish filet at this restaurant, and the fish filet that I got was soaked in oil, hard, and cold.
However, since I was too hungry, I had it, and when I shared my experience with the cashier, they called the Manager and the manager out right denied saying the fish I got served was freshly and it had none of those issues I described.
I didn't know what to say, whether what I practically ate was more truer or what the manager was saying, truer.

8/2024 5* Been through the drive thru twice now. Food is great. Service is pleasant and with a smile. The exit is bad though. If you have to pull ahead in the drive thru lane, you then block traffic. Not so convenient. But the killer, and I mean real killer, is exiting the parking lot to Barrington Rd. If you look left to see traffic, you can't. The weeds down Barrington Rd. are 5 feet high and block all views. You have to go out onto the road to actually see if it is safe. Not good!!! Dangerous.
