I went through the drive thru. My first food was made incorrectly. The breakfast food we got at 7am was cold. Manager didnt listen to us at all. This is my second time here both times bad service and bad food. I have a food allergy threw entire order away. As a burger king employee else where put the sandwich away n microwave like your supposed to.

It had been some time since I have visited a Burger King based off of past experiences. Tonight I visited the Burger King located at the corner of Higgins Rd and Barrington Rd in Hoffman Estates. I ordered the Shroom Swiss Melt, a medium onion rings and a medium coke. Total cost of the meal was $11.48. I was both pleasantly surprised and disappointed at the same time. The surprising portion of this review has to do with overall taste and quality. The shroom swiss melt is a fairly new offering that has two burger patties swiss cheese, mushrooms, and a creamy mushroom sauce on sour dough bread. The flavor combination actually works very well. Both the burger and the onion rings came out piping hot. It was apparent that my items were cooked to order. The disappointment came from the price compared to overall size of the burger. For almost $12 I would expect the burger patties to be equivalent to the size of the whopper patties, not the little hockey puck sized patties they use for the kiddie menu. The food was tasty, but the portion size left me wanting another burger. It didn’t quite fill me up. The staff were friendly and polite. On a scale of 1-5 based on the five star rating system. My score averaged out to be 4.65 out of 5. I get that everything is costing more, but at these prices it would cost a family of four $50 for this meal and they’d still be going home feeling hungry.
Went for a quick bite before going to the movies. We tried their chicken fries, and the ghost pepper burger ?. Wow, so much flavor from the orange sesame bun to the spicey mayonnaise and crispy jalapeños! Will definitely order that again. Hopefully it's a regular item on their menu. Didn't take a picture, was too hungry ?
