We have used Raj and his dosa crew for several years. Always great food, options and amazing people. The most recent one over the weekend was a dosa party for around 50 people. It was supervised by Gautham and Hasina was not just a fantastic chef, but incredibly customer centric. They wheeled in a commercial grade dosa tabs, all the flour, chutneys, sambhar etc and provided choices of over a dozen dosa options - including some very health options like millet and ragi dosas.

I wish I could give negative stars. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Hot Breads. I had placed an order for a cake that was supposed to be ready for pickup at 2 PM, but when I arrived at 3 PM, it still wasn’t ready. This wasn’t just any cake—it was for a surprise 40th birthday party, and their delay completely ruined the timing and surprise we had planned.
No one called to inform me about the delay, and there was no sense of urgency. For a bakery that handles custom orders, this level of service is unacceptable. I expected reliability and professionalism, especially for such an important occasion, and sadly, Hot Breads failed on both fronts.

I've been going here since I was little and the food is always exceptional. It's one of those places where once you discover it, it will always stay on your radar. Staff is very kind and provide excellent service.
First day I came and ordered tea whoch took 30 min to ready the tea. So Next day I ordered tea 10 mins before coming to the store. After I cam I waited for 35 min. And the tea ordered was not good at all, it has too much milk as it more white than brown and tea is not even tasting as chai, they charged is $3.57 after taxes which is high. My friend used to come here daily evening before 1 year but now it is very bad in taste and time taken is too long and price is high

I ordered two cakes from Hot Breads for my daughter’s Sweet 16 and they turned out perfect! They were very patient, responded quickly, and the price was very reasonable. I showed them pictures of the cakes I wanted, and they made them exactly the same. Everyone loved them — highly recommend!
