I have ordered special sugar-free fresh fruit birthday cake for my mother’s birthday from Chicago hot breads Hoffman location. The cake was beyond exceptional in every aspect such as its texture, sweet level and the decoration. I would have rated more than 5 star for making my mom’s birthday very special. They have made exactly same the way i wanted even they surprised us and left us speechless with their design & cake style. We truly recommend! Thank you for making our special day very beautiful with such a lovely cake.

What a good you can ask for. I placed for pick up. I could have been more alert, as soon as after placing order girl on the phone asked me when will you be here to pick up food. Like why you have to ask me?, you should tell the customer that it will be ready by this time. Anyways… upon arriving they are telling me they done have the item I ordered. Than she have to go to the kitchen to find out if my order was ready after about 45min drive to the place which I said I’ll be there in 10min. Came home and you could literally say, see and taste it that it was lousy job one. Food was not only cold but they used the ingredients which belongs to different dish. Overall they are done,they don’t care and may be they are finding their way out. It use to be nice and tasty.

As someone who used to be a regular at Hot Breads for 10 years, used to tip generously, and knew the folks working there.. this place has now gone downhill. I am sorry to say the hijab lady at your front desk always says it's closed when I walk in. I go to a different place next door and during this time I see others walk in. This has happened more than 4 times to me and a few other people I know. All the other folks I know who work there are very nice, polite and respectful. I am definitely going to ask folks to whom I once recommended Hotbreads to avoid visiting because of this person.

We ordered Gobi Manchurian and Malai Kofta for takeaway. Manchurian balls and koftas were testing like they were in deep freezer for long time and just sauted in gravy to serve. Was testing chewy. Bad quality.. very disappointed..

Their chicken chilli and biryani are great. Great quantity for the price and and also very tasty. We always get their egg Ceylon paratha for kids.
I ordered a 1st birthday cake last week and they have charged 60$ extra just for the design. The design and colors were so different than what I was ordered. Really upset. Below are the pics.

Many many thanks for this cake we loved it. We had ordered a photo cake but they had some issues with their printer so in the final call they made this cake for us. It was my baby’s first birthday we loved the cake thanks once again…

We ordered pav bhaji, onion kulcha, aloo paratha and paneer.
Everything was bland and tasteless. Kulcha was more like a roti with pieces of onion on top it. Aloo paratha was a plain roti. Upon complaining they got another one with boiled potato filling which again was totally bland. Panner curry was horrible as well. Never had such tasteless food in my life.
Stay away from this place, total garbage.

The ginger tea is awesome worth trying it but there service is poor, we had to insist the people over there to clean the tables for us to sit .

I think they have changed their chef... their goat biryani used to be better.
Haven't been there in a while as the last 2 biryani experiences were not great.
Maybe it's better now, would recommend a visit as food was good maybe I was just unlucky last few times...
