They really know how to give you less then what you ordered

I placed an order through the mobile app and it automatically selected this location.
I got 3 entrees and 2 bags of chips. Total was $70!
One bowl—I didn’t get my free guac and was missing fajitas.
I paid for double chicken on 2 other bowls and that definitely wasn’t added.
The pepper app didn’t allow me to input everything that was missing either. Is there no quality checks??!? This location is absolute trash 😡

This is the second time we’ve ordered from this Chipotle after moving and switching from our regular Arlington Heights location, and unfortunately the experience has been consistently disappointing. Our food was badly packaged, leaking all over the bag, and the burrito was literally falling apart. On top of that, the portions in the burrito bowls were unacceptable — barely half of what we normally receive at our previous location. For the price and for a brand like Chipotle, this level of inconsistency is not OK. This needs to be addressed ASAP.

I had to throw out about half the meat in my carne asada bowl because it was gristly, tough, and/or fatty. The workers should’ve known it was a bad piece and tossed it, since they didn’t even bother to cut it all the way through. I’m not going to share photos, so that no one else has to see that. 🤢

Even thought there are very few customers our food portion was small and we had asked for more when ordered on app. Cant imagine paying extra money for something that isnt promised to you. 1/10 never would recommend coming back. Letsnot forget that wwhen you first coke in and want your family to sit on a clalean table its all dirty.. they have a staff of 5 people in the front this is so disgusting and unfair to us as customer.

No white rice for the day at 2.20 pm
Ordered double steak bowl and got a 0.8x portion scoop then a 0.4x portion scoop (visibly less than the first scoop), the cashier had to double check that it was actually double steak, and while I was walking away they discussed as she noted it was too light for double steak and the guy who scooped said “I’m up charging” in a smirky tone.
Came in a few minutes after 10:15 pm. Place was an absolute failure. They had one guy all alone up front while the 2 other guys were cleaning to leave; meanwhile they had no meats cooked except carnitas and still supposed to be open for another 40 to 45 minutes. Fire the district manager. The executives of this company should all be fired too. What an absolute disaster. This is what you get when you don't pay people living wages. Stay away. They're telling door dash to call back their customers because they can't complete their orders.

Terrible service. Machine is always broken. Forced to go to another location several times even though it’s 3 minutes from my house. Guacamole is not fresh either. Will never return to this location
