The service is awful, they trying to give you little pinch of the meat to the bowl. When you ask them to add some meat look how much those two bowls gonna cost there’s just ridiculous place to buy any food avoid at any cost.

Terrible experience. They are definitely trying to skimp the customer anything they can at this location. Most of the employees have a daze in their eyes so deep they won't even look at you. And don't even try to talk to them or ask them simple tasks because they will just act like they didn't hear you or ignore your requests. Asked for queso on my burrito and before he touched it I asked can you please stir the cheese but instead he takes a scoop of cheese right off the top with a whole sheet of dried cheese skin from the surface and drops it right on my burrito. But before that happened I had to request more rice and more beans as they only filled half the spoon with rice. It was such a small amount of rice that the 2 customers in front of me had to ask for more as well. Overall worst experience I've ever had at a Chipotle. Ill most likely never return to this location, and I've made sure all my coworkers, family, and friends know how terrible this location performs. Go to the jersey mikes next door, much better experience.

I’m honestly surprised by some of the negative reviews here because my experience has consistently been the opposite. The team at this location goes out of their way to create a welcoming, friendly atmosphere, and you can tell they genuinely care about the people coming through the door.

I’m greeted warmly when I walk in, the staff is attentive, and they remember repeat customers — which says a lot. That kind of relationship-based service is rare now and it absolutely keeps me coming back. Even when it’s busy, they stay professional, patient, and upbeat.

Special shoutout to Cynthia, Tommy, Jesús, Mia and Brian — they consistently deliver great customer service and set the tone for the whole store. You can tell there are experienced team members here who take pride in what they do.

Food has been fresh, portions fair, and the overall experience reliable. This location deserves more credit than it’s getting.

Just drove 30 minutes to picked up an online order from this location and I got served a bowl of rice and beans with a lot of mild. No protein and no lettuce. Will not be returning. Hard to contact customer service or anyone. Avoid this location at all costs.

the bowl was 75% full🫩 prices increasing portions decreasing

If i were given the choice to give this place 0 stars i would. The main problems of concern would have to how small the portions that were put in my bowl and how small the burritos were. Not to mention when me and my family went inside the place, we were all going to order a chicken burrito and chicken bowl but unfortunately there was NO CHICKEN so we forced to order their other un flavorful foods. One more thing that was disappointing was the fact that they were still open for another 4 hours but all their chairs were up and they had already started cleaning the place.

Horrible. I ordered it with queso and they didn’t even add any and gave me practically NO rice and like half a scoop of rice corn and cheese. Could literally see the bottom of them bowl. HORRIBLE

I usually enjoy Chipotle, but this visit was very disappointing. The cleanliness of the restaurant was noticeably lacking, and I honestly should have walked away once I saw that. Unfortunately, I was hungry and pressed for time, so I went ahead and ordered anyway. As I feared after eating the food I ended up feeling unwell (I’ll spare you the details). This experience has made me question the food handling and sanitation at this location.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the cleanliness issues moving forward.

Possibly the worst chipotle I’ve been to. Smallest portions Ive had and the food itself was cold and dry. The guac they offered was already brown. As I was eating I heard multiple complain about portions sizes, it may be time to find some new hires.

Incredibly small protein portion. I don't expect super large portions and have definitely noticed portion sizes going down in the past couple years, but now it's gotten ridiculous. I got a total of 3 full bites of chicken with my fork. Unfortunately I wasn't paying close attention when they prepared my takeout order, or I would never have paid for that.
To add to that, the rice was under cooked and crunchy. Terrible meal.
