Chipotle Mexican Grill

Incredibly small protein portion. I don't expect super large portions and have definitely noticed portion sizes going down in the past couple years, but now it's gotten ridiculous. I got a total of 3 full bites of chicken with my fork. Unfortunately I wasn't paying close attention when they prepared my takeout order, or I would never have paid for that.
To add to that, the rice was under cooked and crunchy. Terrible meal.

Sprinkle beans cheese on your bowl like they're gold flakes. No thanks, never going back to this location. Asked 4x for more beans, cheese, and rice and still got barely any, likely because they were too lazy to make more for later. Done with this whole brand completely, they've had YEARS to fix this bs and all they can figure out what to do is raise prices.

Staff stood around talking before taking my order. 2 people showed up for their online orders which weren't ready and take 15 minutes to make. My bowl was not given much protein so I won't be returning to this location. They have gone down hill.

I have given this location many chances, you ask for double meat and they hold back because they need to keep their line filled? I just paid 5.50 for two half scoops? Not my problem you want to keep your line filled I paid for it. I like to get my employees lunch from time to time and have done it here at this chipotle and have spent close to 300 dollars there in the past 3 months and every time I have been nothing but angry. I’ve gotten burnt steak because they just reheat yesterday’s steak and put it in the online orders. We get next to no rice and opening the chips bags is laughable. Thanks for the 8 chips. This place is ridiculous, I will not be giving them anymore of my group lunches.

Amazing staff and and food. Walked in with high hopes and walked out satisfied. Person serving my food, Allen was kind and gave good portions. Staff all around was friendly.

They were out of brisket at the very start of lunch time, so I got carnitas tacos. They were good. The guacamole was very chunky, not mixed well and bland to the taste. Not typical guacamole I've had at other Chipotles. And the chips were fried too long, tasted burnt. Worst experience I've had at any Chipotle.

Unusual small portion, rude service, they put remaining liquid from corn to my bowl, they even didn't say sorry for this kind of service, shame for chipotle 🤢

I was really disappointed. I ordered through Uber Eats and I got a Burrito with extra Steak, pinto beans,brown rice, Fajitas, and cheese. I was really excited to get it since its been a long day and I open my burrito bowl only to see I got NO steak and white rice. Personally i could live with the white rice or the wrong protein but I didnt get any protein and I PAID EXTRA. I know I ordered a little later but if they were out of steak they should have at least given me a diffrent protein instead of none.

Last time buying from this location. Staff working there suck at serving. Asked for a bowl with chicken and it had everything BUT the chicken. When he was serving the chicken the kid did not even fill up the spoon if anything he shook some chicken off and when I asked him if he could at least fill the spoon up he asked if I wanted double chicken. What? No dude just serve right. Anyways he said he couldn't add more unless I paid extra for double chicken. Do not come here unless you love rice and beans because that's pretty much what you're gonna get served.

Chips were off... but the serving size when asked for double chicken was good

Extremely small portions here. On top of that, she dropped half the portion on the floor by mistake and proceeded to defend that what fell in the bowl was the correct amount. I’ve been eating at chipotle for 15 years. It was indeed not the right amount.
