Well it's like this ....this restaurant closed last week and obviously you were not notified! I made the reservation drove there unaware of the restaurant closing. It locked me out of the opportunity to cancel the reservation in your system because I was a few minutes late of arriving so it locked the reservation in. I went to Lucky Monk who had availability but could not make a reservation there because of this.

Have been going to this Claim Jumper for years, but our first time back since 2020 COVID. So very disappointed. Prices up 20-30%. No bread brought to the table. Food very disappointing. I ordered the salmon, and it came hot. But the roasted vegetables it was supposed to come with were sliced carrots and green onions - about 2 teaspoonsful. The baked potato was barely warm. My husband orded the Tri-tip and his potato was barely warm as well and the meat wasn't warm even. Our companions each ordered the fish and chips and ate very little because the fish was cool and greasy and the french fries were cold. At least they each had a Caesar salad that cost them $9.5 for a small side dish plate. Our waitress put the food on the table and disappeared to talk with a man about 3 booths away for at least 15 minutes. We ate what we could. Our bill for the 4 of us was $115 just for dinner. There were only 3 tables occupied in the place at 4 PM on a Sunday afternoon. If our meals were how most meals are, I don't expect they will be open too much longer and that is too bad. Was always a go-to restaurant for us when we wanted a nice meal. We do not recommend this restaurant. And, we will not be returning there. Too bad!!!!

Sunday night I had the Prime Ribeye steak for $55 it was not that good. Staff were awesome. Would never order steak again there. The other two people enjoyed their meals.

Food was mediocre, the mixed drinks were good pricey but that is everywhere. The issue I had, I chose to have the "prime" ribeye which was aged and the best meat to choose from, $55 just for the 12oz ribeye, not worth it at all, it was served in a cast iron dish filled with grease. With a 10$ add on of lobster blanc sauce.

We noticed while walking in from the parking lot that the sidewalks were covered with mulch that needed to be swept. The entrance door needed to be stained. The chairs at the tables had broken rattan. Overall, everything was shabby looking. My husband had the $55 prime ribeye which was thin and overdone. We used to love this restaurant, but we won't be back.

Good is good. Appetizer came out quickly and was hot. Ordered a burger that was to come with shoestring fries. They were anything but shoestring. I would have ordered something else had I known. There were some repair people there while we were dining shining lites up at some vents for some reason. The vents were filthy! Thankfully they weren't over our tables. We were surprised by the chocolate cake for the birthday at the table. It was a nice thing for them to do.

Gave my 12 year old daughter an alcoholic drink. They didn't realize until she drank more than half of it. Could've been a terrible situation. This even occurred on my sons graduation night. On top of that, the food was subpar.

Second time going first was excellent food great. The second time was horrible my wife's chicken was bland the prime rib tip was cut thick hard to chew. For $83 I expected it to be excellent.

Not to take anything away from the dedicated individuals who work at Claim Jumper, but the food is essentially glorified Applebees. Just a bit nicer esthetic. You can taste the lower quality of their dishes. Not sure it's frozen, but taste like it.

I got the BBQ CHICKEN SALAD. It was average at best. I asked another gal who got the same salad and she agreed w me, average for $17. It took 3 times to heat our soup, as it was served lukewarm. My husband got the chicken pot pie. We got 2 beers, our lunch w tip $73. Our waitress had the personality of a fish. We won't be returning...used to be a great restaurant.I just want food that is tasty and better I can make.

The experience was amazing! We were celebrating 2 birthdays. The waiter was very personable and made our guests of honor feel important and special. He was very in tune with us and attentive to our needs. The food was great and the desserts were yummy! The hostess offered to take our group's picture when she saw us taking pictures. That was nice because we now have one with all of us in it! I highly recommend Claim Jumpers for any occasion!

When I made reservations there were two buttons to press one was for buffet for Father's Day and one was for order from the menu. Due to my dietary restrictions we press menu and when we got there they said they aren't honoring that so we had to wait 45 minutes to be able to eat after the Buffay was over

ALL the buffet food was cold. The eggs Benedict were consistently completely hard cooked. The waffles were soggy and unappetizing. The carved beef was very overcooked and dry. The dessert selections were minimal. The only halfway decent items were the omelette station and the mimosas. For over $200 for 4 people, it was a complete joke. Will not be back.

Made reservations for Father's Day for 5 people. Arrived about 7 minutes early and was told I had to wait till my reservation time. I get it. I wasn't called so waited a bit, 5 minutes after my reservation I stand at the counter and am ignored for a bit. When they finally come to the front they let me know it will be at least another ten minutes. I asked why as half of the restaurant was empty. They gave me three different answers and none made sense. One answer was those tables was reserved, when I asked about mine they told me that the kitchen was backed up so they couldn't seat me. But then she told me that they were still setting up my table. I'm not sure as they had there to four people just standing up front talking. We decided this was a bad sign and left. ***UPDATE: I reached out to the company via email as requested below, I received no response in a week. Guess that should be telling of this business overall. Shame on you Claim Jumpers.
