if i could put 0 for the service i would, the cookies were delicious and fresh 10/10 but this blonde haired worker didn’t even look at me or talk w me. Js flashed my cookie and all. like cmon dude i like my cheese drippy bruh

Besides having this location closer to my home, everything else is .. meh! The quality/taste between the Schaumburg and the Hoffman location is drastically different. I got the semi sweet chocolate chunk cookie and it had sea salt. Like why?!? Both locations are serving different taste under the same name. Also, I found the cookie from the Hoffman location to be more on the raw side. I have been to many crumbl locations, something about Hoffman location quality/taste is unappealing to me
