I went there this last Friday night and everyone working there was great. The food was great it was a short wait. I ate in the dining room and one person stood out and his name was Humberto he greets everyone that comes in the restaurant and leaves the restaurant he never stopped working the 45 minutes I was there. He helped anyone that needed it and wiped down the counters and tables he's an extremely hard worker. I dont know if he is the manager but he never slowed down. I will go to this Culvers from now on. Just got a burger among other things from the Hoffman estates Culver’s. I opened the burger box and see the patties on top with the buns below that and the condiments under everything. This wasn’t a mistake. This happened at about 7:40 pm Friday August 15th, 2025 just in case management actually cares about the quality of food that goes out to their customers.
