Such a good location, very friendly and fast service for just one blizzard!
Second time in a row we have pulled multiple bits of paper out of our mouths that were mixed into our blizzards. 🤢 Won't be back at this point. This location need retraining or new staff.
Your staff should really do a better job welcoming their customers. I shouldn’t walk into a DQ happy, and then your employees ruin my mood completely. Blonde girl rolled her eyes at me, and it was very rude.
Very friendly owners and they keep a steady flow of locals ranging from toddlers to retirees! Service is quick and the ice cream is yummy!
Terrible customer service. Blonde girl rolled her eyes and talked about how she had to mop again, older lady complained about cleaning machine. Won’t be visiting this establishment ever again,
I love this store my family and I have been going to this store since I was a little kid. I got my wife a custom Ice Cream cake for her Birthday and she loved it. Highly Recommend!
horrible service. Young Blonde cashier rolled her eyes at us as soon as we came in and angerly made our blizzards while slamming things . Having employees like this is a great way to keep customers away.

Visited with my kids. Ordered strawberry ice creams in clear cups, agreed to pay extra. Staff rude and didn't honor agreement. Asked for gummy bears, owner rudely told to phrase request differently. Toddler dropped chips, tried to pay, was told to leave without paying and never come back! Disappointing experience for loyal customers.
