i ordered chocolate dipped in chocolate on a cup via drive thru, and got maybe half of what it was supposed to be (the photo attached is my expectation of how it was supposed to look like) ... i questioned the staff. the lady in the back had a smirk on her face. and samantha said, "the ice cream had a mind of its own". ? i was honest and told her i hate giving something back because i may get something worse. she said she won't sabotage my order. it was taking a while, and my gut was telling me to just leave. so, i drove away. just so people know, i paid for that order before she handed it to me.

Called to have a gender reveal cake made and WOW did these 3 girls absolutely exceed my expectations. Sam, Dayanara and Neva 100% killed it on this. Huge thank you. I sure hope the owners takes care of you 3 and pay you well, if they don’t take your amazing talent to someone who will. Again thank you for such a fast turnaround and as usual the cake was amazing as it’s my favorite.

The drive thru is super slow. Most of the other locations take half the time. Multiple times they have been out of items including vanilla soft serve. Also they can’t seem to mix a blizzard. Three fourths of the blizzard is just vanilla soft serve. Train the workers to blend them correctly.

Utilized the drive-thru on a hot summer day to get a peanut butter cup blizzard, and a butterfinger blizzard and everything was perfect! Service was friendly and efficient and the blizzards were delicious!
