DiBenedetto Trattoria

My spouse and I enjoyed a pleasant dining experience at DiBenedetto Trattoria due to attentive service, flavorful dishes, and an unexpected surprise. Recipes are made to order and you can taste that the chef staff puts their heart into quality ingredients and time-honored traditions of Italian cooking. My partner a penne corroado with a meatball and I savored the Chicken Sabrina. The menu is extensive and the drink list robust. While upscale, with place settings, linen tablecloths, and napkins, DiBenedetto is still a more relaxed, casual trattoria rather than high-end fine dining. At dinner, don't be surprised if you're asked if you have a reservation. We didn't but had no wait to be seated because we were super early (4:30 PM) on a weekday. We appreciate fresh parmesan cheese, olive oil, and fresh-baked bread on the house. The servers are intutively attentive. The atmosphere is clean and tastefully appointed with classy Italian-themed decor and memoriblia. The surprise? A limoncello digestif, unsolicited, complementary, and in good taste. Grazie for lovely meal and hospitable service from a local, non-chain that's increasingly hard to find in a fast casual culture of bland corporate brands.

Absolutely delicious! Went for a birthday and all the food was fabulous. Salmon, Chicken Francese, Pasta and meatballs. The service was impeccable. Would have given 5 stars if a salad or soup would have been included. They don't charge a credit card fee, which is very nice. Entertainment was a big plus! We will be going back soon!

Five stars! We had a wonderful experience here. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Our server was kind, respectful, and truly professional - they really listened to us. The food was absolutely delicious, and even though mashed potatoes weren’t on the menu, they made them especially for us, which we really appreciated. The live music added a lovely touch - just the right volume to enjoy without overpowering conversation. Everything was great from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I have yet to experience this restaurant but I'm giving 5 stars prior to a hands on experience as the staff appear to comment on every single review left. I feel you can tell a lot about an establishment that takes the time to read reviews and respond with an intricate response.

Edited review: We went and ate on a Sunday around 4pm and enjoyed our experience overall. The food (chicken piccata and cheese ravioli with meat sauce) was delicious. The portions were decent size. The bread, olive oil and parmesan cheese provided before the entrees came was appreciated and delicious. I also had the vegetable soup prior to my entree and that was absolutely amazing. I did have to ask for it after about 30 minutes after we ordered, though. The only issue we had was slow service. There was only one server for the whole restaurant. That caused extended wait time to get drink refills, any additional items needed etc. The female server was pretty good but you could tell she was overwhelmed. At least one or two additional staff members on the floor would've been helpful. I can see how the issues caused by only having one staff member on the floor could cause many customers to not return to this restaurant. This is unfortunate as the food we had was delicious.

I had a bridal shower here. Amazing!! The service was first class. The atmosphere very warm and inviting. The food was outstanding. I couldn’t have asked for a better party. Thank you to this incredible restaurant and wonderful, attentive staff! Mallory and Julia you were terrific! Best Italian food around hands down!!!

A wonderfully delicious birthday dinner at our favorite Italian restaurant!

Appetizer: mozzarella wrapped in prosciutto with balsamic drizzle

Split the chopped salad between three of us (with a serving to take home)
Perfectly crispy prosciutto, fresh greens, antipasti and a balsamic dressing that was a great balance of sweet and tangy.

For dinner? Two orders of veal saltimbocca (because it’s the best we have ever had ANYWHERE)

Fettuccine Alfredo (added spinach, asparagus, pine nuts and prosciutto)

Orrechietti with bolognese sauce (added spinach and peas)

For dessert? Tiramisu of course!
Perfectly soaked ladyfingers and balance of marscapone cheese!

Absolutely fantastic food, warm atmosphere, and a wonderful staff. We've been coming here for years, and even had our rehearsal dinner here - they went above and beyond for us and all of our guests raved about it afterward. HIGHLY recommend for a special event or just a delicious dinner out.

Amazing food and service! Loved the atmosphere and live entertainment as well. First time here and we will be going back often. When we went it was obvious they were short handed and our meals took awhile, but I can absolutely cut them some slack on that because you could tell they were short handed and working really really hard. They worked as a team and we were serviced by everyone there including the owner. The owner even comped us drinks for waiting, he is such a nice guy and customer service goes such a long way that that really meant a lot. We absolutely didn’t mind the wait and so enjoyed listening to the singer that we stayed for hours. The food was fantastic and authentic. So excited to find this place!

I order a take out order for my husband and I. I order lasagna for my husband which he loved !!! I order the veal Marsala and it melted in your mouth very flavorful !! The burchetta was a very tasty appetizer. I'm looking forward to the dine in experience. Keep up the great service !!! Lisa

We had a wonderful first visit to DiBenedetto Trattoria! Our server was kind, attentive, and had such a positive attitude. They were being trained that evening, and it was great to see how patient and encouraging the owner was throughout the process. You can tell they really care about providing excellent service.

We started with the sausage and peppers appetizer—so good! Then we had the Chicken Marsala and Tilapia Vesuvio, both absolutely delicious and full of flavor. But the highlight? The tiramisu. Hands down one of the best I’ve ever had—don’t skip it!

Everyone we met was polite and welcoming, and the atmosphere was relaxed and cozy. We'll definitely be back!
