Took me a while to post this review because I wanted to give them a second chance after the New Year's Eve debacle. We waited over 2.5 hours for our food on NYE and finally had to leave after asking and pleading multiple times for our food. I told them we were leaving and they hurried to give me something to take home. Turns out they got our order wrong as well. Never heard from the Manager once even after asking to speak with him. Went back last week to give them another shot and the service was terrible again. We did get our food this time but it took an hour or so and it was not that crowded. It's a shame since the food here, when you actually get it, can be very good. Hate to say but I'm not going back again, I've had enough.

We went there for Christmas Eve it was horrible we waited 2.5 hours for our food, they didn't bring the kids meals the food was cold. The waiter threw the plates on the table when our food finally arrived Worst restaurant I have ever been Too. The manager never even came the table to apologize. We will never be back

I had my wife’s birthday celebration dinner (party of 12) at 5:30 pm yesterday (located in the private dinning room). The entire experience - start to end was beautifully executed by the management and staff. An absolutely outstanding experience! The table was beautifully decorated, the room was very appealing, and very importantly the entire restaurant is acoustically set up to allow for comfortable table conversation (it’s not too loud).The waiter, Nate (Nathan), was very professional, attentive, and proficient. He had a great personality and sense of humor. The service was as good as it can get! The other’s assigned to our table did a nice job executing good service as well. The quality (in every regard) of all of our meal choices was absolutely superb! We eat out often (Italian and otherwise), you can’t get a better tasting meal at this price point anywhere else.Closing thought: my wife and I, as well as another couple frequent this establishment occasionally throughout the years, and it is always consistently an outstanding experience.I would highly recommend you consider this restaurant for your future dinning needs.Thank you - everyone involved last night! My wife and I are so grateful to you all.5 - STARS

Overall it's a nice restaurant, good food, nice atmosphere. The service we received was incredibly discourteous however. On Saturdays they host a social dance gathering. We attended and ordered some calamari. The food was okay. The bill was $20.16 cents after taxes. We paid in cash, $40. Our change was brought back to us while we danced. When we returned to our table, the bill had been cleared from the table, it appears one of the waitresses assumed that we had left a 50%+ tip and took the money. Why would our table be cleared so soon when we were clearly dancing on the dance floor? The workers left the table next to us messy, with the bill on the table, for what seemed for hours. But our bill was cleared from our table in the span of 20 minutes?That's their job, but what bothered me was that they assumed they could just take the money. They didn't wait for us to check the final charge. There are cameras in the restaurant, but they didn't even bother to suggest checking them.Again, nice atmosphere and decent food, but their wait staff is presumptuous. I suggest not paying cash in this restaurant.

One of our new favorites. The server Nate has a little sassy personality which fit in right in with us. Food was delicious, lemonchello spritzer was refreshing and did not mind a quiet dining room. Chef prepared meals off menu...thank you for substitutions!!! We would have taken pictures but we typically have our phones off at dinner.

Ordered the white fish special and a large pinkish fillet covered in a lot of white sauce arrived. Took one bite and it was disgusting. - I am 95% sure it was Asian carp.... Told the server this is not white fish and it's disgusting tasting. Chef came out and explain to my wife and I that it was walleye.

We went early on a Sunday evening. We were the only ones there. That should have been a sign. Food was pricey and mediocre at best. I would skip it.
