Can't complaint to delivery man. What can I say. He's just a driver. I request delivery for 10:30pm. Food left at 11:02. And it got my food at 11:59. I cant even believe I paid $55 with this cold food.
Who ever is running this place.. sell the place or hire someone that can manage this place.

i have been ordering pizza from this location for over 20 years. and each time there is an issue they blame customer. today o have ordered two pizza and never received it. when i called hey said they have left it by my door. i am on forth floor of apartment building. and i have been watching. no one knocked on my door and no one gave me any pizza. but delivery person keep saying. she left it by my door. when i called they again wanted me to take responsibly , assuming i am lying. when i got upset they person on the phone start yelling and talking over me and let me know i have always complained and at the end he is telling me that he is not going to deliver to my address any more such customer service.

The Woman You WISH You Had But Don't
With the exception of ONE pizza we got sorta recently that was a little overcooked and ended up being a hard bite for my weak teeth, these guys have ALWAYS been fabulous with their speed, customer service, and honoring the promises and deals they have made to us from any incredibly, super duper blue moon rare times they wound up somehow messing something up - they made good on things immediately and without question. Their 2 mediums for $6.99 deal is mostly what has kept us coming back, and has often been the last minute go-to when there's no time to cook. An online order is usually ready for pickup in under 15 minutes. Hard to beat! Thanks for always being so great, guys!

This place was going good for awhile, then I ordered pizza here and it was horrible. Barely any sauce, cheese, or toppings. They can’t even cut squares right. See pics.

Called the Store for delivery, all I got was attitude and every sentence was “is that it?” Didn’t do his job properly I’m not even sure he took my order correctly with all the attitude in the man’s voice. And they are suppose to repeat the order so WERE SURE order is accurate: It’s 10:20pm and I asked a very simple question “what kind of drinks do you have?” all he kept repeating was “2 liter or 20 ounce” I kindy said ”not the size boss the kind of drinks.. the kind of options” Because that wasn’t my question. I’m aware of the size but I don’t know WHAT OPTIONS to drink. And he kept repeating himself with attitude. I don’t tip when I feel the jobs not being taken seriously. But it’s dominoes lol it’s the red roof of pizza in Hoffman. Staff is a joke. To TOP IT OFF the cinatwists barely has cinnamon #FREEtheDRIVERS

This locations delivery drivers are terrible. After being almost hit by one of them in their parking lot, the driver proceeded to yell at me and “square up” to fight inside the store while I was speaking to his manager. As she couldn’t control him, he became more hostile. Vague promises about a “higher up” reaching out at a later date were made, but it doesn’t matter I won’t be back. Individuals like that should not be in customer service positions. Terrible experience.
