I decided to come here instead of Starbucks to get the free Sabrina Carpenter cup. The ad advertises ANY Daydream drink. So I ordered mixed berry. When I got to the window and asked for the cup the worker was confused so she asked her manager and he told her now the strawberry got the cup. I proceeded to show the add that said ANY daydream refresher. She then spoke Spanish into her headset and I replied to her in Spanish and she was stunned I understood. The manager then came and told me only strawberry is Sabrina’s Daydream Refresher. Didn’t even bother to look at the ad. I just smiled and said okay thanks. I left with an icky feeling so I contacted Dunkin and they said they would correct it.
The photo shows all 3 flavors are Sabrina’s Daydream Refreshers. No need to gaslight me.

Don't really get a stand-alone building without a walk-in storefront. I want to see my donuts and order from shelves rather than not seeing what I order. Very strange and uncomfortable concept. I am sure I will visit other locations in the future.

Really bad tasting coffee I don’t think they’re keeping their machines clean it has an odd flavor each time. Their munchkins are also dry and taste bad. When it first opened this was our go to place but the last few times I’ve had to throw out their drive thru drinks so won’t be back.

I have been to this location numerous times - on 2 different occasions the drive through was blocked by cones (well before closing) with no sign notifying the public why it was closed early.
On another occasion I ordered a sausage and egg sandwich and the sausage was still thawing when I went to eat it. This location is brand new and as a long time resident in the area, it's disappointing to have so many negative experiences here already.
Ordered a peppermint mocha hot chocolate—got a regular hot chocolate. Ordered a vanilla latte with oat milk—got almond milk. Food is okay.

As an avid Dunkin Coffee Drinker. I do visit a lot of different locations from all over the country. This dunkin in particular though has constantly make my customer experience the way that it should be as America's absolutely most iconic and best Coffee and Doughnut shop.
I give that credit solely to the current staff that is operating this place everyday. Because it's constistantly clean. They are always helpful and friendly. There is never a build up of people. Also, the staff that is currently working right now on 7/23/24 @ 6:50pm are the same people that have consitantly helped me over and over and should be evaluated for a raise because they will be the people that will help dunking continue to grow!

I don't like that this is only a drive through. I like picking my donuts out in person. Yes it's convenient for drivers that are in a hurry but I don't like someone picking out my donuts and I don't even know the official names of the donuts I like. Just weird and I don't like it. Also therr long John's are so small. Thornton has a much better one.

I had a disappointing experience at this Dunkin' Donuts location. I ordered a hot coffee, but what I received was cold. It wasn't even lukewarm. When I went back to get it corrected, there was no apology or offer of compensation for the mistake. I'm now waiting for a new cup of coffee and feeling frustrated. A simple apology and some acknowledgment of the error would have gone a long way. I won't be returning to this location ever
