This Dunkin is a block away from the big Uhaul location in Hoffman Estates so whenever I am unfortunately picking up a van from U-Haul for work, I normally stop here for coffee and/or a sandwich. I've always gone through the drive thru, which is big enough for a cargo van to fit in with no problems, it's a pretty wide drive thru. It's never been super busy, even in the middle of the day there's never been more than a couple of cars in front of me. All my orders have always been correct and taste as they should. I get weird tasting drinks from Starbucks way more often than I ever get them from DD.
I've never had anyone from the drive thru window be rude. They probably get there at 4am for their shift and by the time I roll up at 12pm, they've probably served thousands of cups of coffee through that little window, I don't expect them to be the happiest people on the planet. All that is important is that the drive thru moves quickly and the order is correct, which this DD has never failed at for me.

I went around in the drive through once and I asked them for a second to think abt what I wanted. I tell them my order, no response. I repeatedly said hello to try and get their attention, no response. So I drive back around through the drive thru and when I get there they say “would you like to use the mobile app” I respectfully say no and ask if I can order, no response again. I repeat this same process two more times and there is no response. This location just completely ignored me! Never coming here again period.

Any food you order here is almost never properly heated. Doesn't matter what day of the week,the shift or if they're slam busy or that slow. I mentioned it several times to them and you're lucky if the cheese is melted. How hard is it to consistently warm frozen food.

I don’t know what is up with all the Dunkin’s around here but EVERYTHING is an up charge when ordered in person. Less ice in app? No problem, less ice on person? $0.50 more. I used to come to Dunkin 2-3 times a week but now only come maybe once a month or once every other month now

Took my sisters kids here and my autistic goddaughter raised her voice one time and the owner shouted at her to stop. I don’t appreciate anyone yelling at children. I understand you’re a business owner but that doesn’t give you the right to shout at a child. Just because you don’t have kids doesn’t give you a pass to not understand that this isn’t right. Some people need to open up their bibles more often

I’m a young 20 year old and usually don’t go out of my way to leave reviews. But whoever opens Sunday morning gave me cold sandwiches, gave me an attitude when I came back, and then rewarmed the cold sandwiches! And she also didn’t want to give me a straw for my cup of water … she was looking at me like I was the bad guy.
Like what the heck?
This is the second time I got a cold sandwich from this place. I don’t plan on coming back.
Like I get it. Drive thru can get busy on a busy intersection - atleast cook the food correctly! There’s no excuses.
They should be ashamed.

I thank God first because a blind person wanted Dunkin Donuts. The ugly the truth, the employee needs more training and speaking English. The lady with the mold on her face that speak in her language was cursing at me while taking my order. But I ask God to forgive them and teach them the lesson. In our Lord Jesus Christ's name. Amen.

I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for years, thanks to the exceptional service from Vanitu and Papu. They consistently make my experience flawless. Although I've tried other locations, none compare to the quality and care they provide!
Listen to all the reviews here and just go to the next over Dunkin. If you can, go to the Starbucks next door. I've been to many Dunkins over the years, but this is probably the worst. My experiences at this Dunkin include- subpar food and drinks- orders that are consistently wrong- about half of employees tend to be rude or stand-offish- witnessing numerous drinks being mixed with the same stirring spoon without being washed/cleaned. Hope you're not allergic to what the person next to you ordered!
