One of the worst branch ever. Service is very very poor. Its is better to get something from Starbucks rather than getting from this place. No proper customer service. Especially the young kid with mouth clip is quite rude with the customers

I told the employee that the floor was wet and condensation was leaking from their ceiling.. she said its leaking all over...no apology.
asked for fresh decaf coffee. I know for sure this employee gave me super strong caffeinated coffee on purpose... my heart rate was 130 sitting down.. I didnt feel well after drinking half of the coffee and it had about 2 spoonfuls of visual beans when I poured it out...
please do not go here for your own health... this was unacceptable behavior that could have seriously harmed me.
If your the owner... please check your cameras on who this employee was... I was there 8/18 at around 4pm.. 1 medium decaf coffee was purchased.

look. I understand it's just a job. But whoever is manning this dunkin at 4am - 6am...please. I can't keep doing this anymore. I'm tired of getting an iced latte that looks like it was topped off with water from the sink when there are, in the same order, drinks made very well and are the perfect blend of coffee and milk. When you're at the edge and the only thing holding you is the possibility of an okay (I'm not unrealistic. I know it's not going to be good EVERY time. But I don't feel like it's unreasonable to shoot for okay) latte, it really starts to get to you.

We stopped here on our way to downtown Chicago looking for a quick breakfast. It is a typical Dunkin Donuts. The one thing that is weird is I ordered the food and waited for it near the counter. They put a bag of food on the counter but never said who it was for. Other customers were waiting for things as well so non of us knew who it was. We stood looking at each other for a couple minutes before someone came over and said who it was for.
This location has been updated inside. The original images are not updated. I like this Dunkin better than the new one that was built close to the intersection of Barrington and Golf.
Today 5/16/25 is annual event where cops collect donations for the Special Olympics. I decided to take a couple pictures and post. In images are the Dunkin employees, comini service officers, Hoffman Estates police officers and Hoffman estates fire department officers.

Go to the next closest location over by the mini golf place/walgreen. The bagels are never dry and hard, the drinks are actually mixed together, and the people are friendly.

I just spent 30+ dollars bought donuts and coffee I asked for a cup of water and they told me it’s $1 since when do they charge for water smh I won’t be retuning
