Jose was incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring that I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. This dunking is a very friendly, specialty, the midnight original coffee. When I go through the drive thru, for my coffee I am greeted a smile and fresh coffee. The persons attending, marisol and Laura, know my order. It seems they know all the people that come to Dunking. They are always smiling and joking with the customers. Hope all the employees were the same. The coffee has a great flavor and taste just right. This is what brings me back.

This is my 3rd time where I ordered my coffee through app and the coffee has come out wrong and tasting awful. I am not a picky individual and normally do not write negative reviews but when employees make it seem like I am the problem when I bring up that my order is wrong. I can forgive it a time , but not when it’s reoccurring. I get it when your busy, but I was the only one in the drive thru with only a few cars outside. Sorry for the poor review, but 3 times is a couple too many.

One of the staffs here is very rude she was in the counter today wearing a black shirt. She snatched the money out of my hands when paying for what I had ordered, as if I said something inappropriate to her. I hope the owners see this and train their staff better. That is very unprofessional.

Drive-thru woman gave me a leaking cup of coffee on purpose, saying “sorry sorry” but didn’t even bother to give me a new cup. Coffee spilled EVERYWHERE on me and all over a brand new car. Spent one entire extra hour buying supplies and cleaning up. This lack of care is astonishing.

I’ve given those location a few chances but it’s time I speak out. I have never felt more disrespected by an employee. I placed an order through the drive thru and the person taking care of me had a strong accent so I decided to say it slower and be a little more patient as well. I asked her to repeat the order back and she stated a whole different thing. So I repeated it again and as I’m speaking, she speaks over me over and over again. I ask her to please let me talk and she hands over the mic to someone else. We repeat the order again and head up to the window. My husband’s coffee was missing an ingredient and we also noticed we were charged incorrectly so we head inside. As my husband is trying to explain the promo that should have been applied, the employee asks if we speak Spanish and my husband said yes we do. So she proceeds with saying, “Maybe you should learn to read English better because the promo doesn’t apply to your order.” At that point I decided to not cause a scene and speak to a manager instead. I wasn’t able to get a hold of the manager so I escalated the situation to HQ who hasn’t taken care of this either. This isn’t the first time this employee belittles us. GET YOUR COFFEE SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
