The only thing that has kept me from coming in, is the fact that you felt the need to put fake reviews on your website. 5 star reviews from Peter Doe, Jane Jones, Anna Smith, and John Miller lol. You have good reviews on Google so why deceive your customers? At least make up real names, and use less of your marketing verbiage in the reviews. So that leaves me wondering what you're hiding.

I am writing this review for the Heid's on Hassle Road. I had went into the casino last Monday and Wednesday and Saturday. I was not happy with the host or the manager. When I went in last Monday to spin the wheel I had recieve a pretzel with cheese. I was sitting at the machine and she brought it to me and kind of threw it on the table. Then I came in on Wedndesday and spent the wheel and recieved a sausage and I told her to make sure it is done, because last time it was not done it was cold. She told me to leave which I did. So I came back Saturday to speak to the manager who is Pam and I tried to explain to her what had happen. She told me that I almost cause her to loose her job. I told her I would never do that. Then she got mad at me and told me to leave and never come back or else she will call the police on me. I feel she is prejudice two me. I have put money into this company and I shouldn't be treated like this. I have over 1,000 points in their so I will loose what ever I have put into there. I had a chance to swing in last week and it's a nice, comfortable setting. The food was excellent if you are interested in Austrian/German bites. The people working here were super nice compared to similar tyes of places in the area. They even had a 50% off beer special going on! I will be returning for sure.

First time in last night. Was not impressed. The place is a mere dive bar. What they didn't have :No social distancing. No masks. No safety precautions.What they did have : Rude staff. Horrible beer selection. Disgusting food. And over-served "regulars!"
Okay place, there was a good crowd when we arrived. It was a karaoke night, my drink was good, but I didn't stay long. Might try it out another time when I get to travel back to the area.

Hidden Went here for a Christmas party with friends. Random patrons at the bar started making very rude homophobic comments to some of our friends. Staff had no tolerance for this and immediately escorted the rude guests. Great service. Good food. Grateful for their kindness and attentiveness.

I've only been here twice, so I'll update this review once I have gone more. First time I went there with a group for a girls night out. It was a Friday and the place was pretty busy with a wide variety of characters. It was uncomfortable though because two patrons kept coming around to every single person in the venue and asking which of them was more attractive. That's awkward enough, but if you didn't want to answer, they just kept pushing you. After my group finished one beer each, we left to find another local bar that we could be more comfortable at. Due to that experience, I hadn't gone back in over a year. I happened upon their Sunday specials one morning though, and my husband and I decided we'd give their brunch a shot. I'm glad I came back! The Sunday crowd seemed much more down to earth, even during a Bears football game. The staff was attentive and helpful. I ordered biscuits and gravy, and a mimosa flight. The biscuits and gravy was priced low, but the portion was great! My stomach was very happy with my choice. For the mimosa flight, I tried strawberry, hawaiian, peach, and berry. My favorite, hands down, was strawberry, so I ordered that afterward in a "biggie" size. It was delightful! We enjoyed our time there so much we had one of our friends come by for a mimosa before she had a date. We already decided we'll be coming back at least one Sunday a month.

Great food, place you can go and blow some time. Many reviews here comment on a couple bartenders bad attitudes. I agree I don't care how your days going I'm paying money for service. A beer at home is much cheaper. I'm paying for your good friendly service! So paint a smile on your face and be polite! Your at work!! Also they have great 1/2 off apps happy hour, great daily specials, and cool events too. Great cooks in that kitchen. And I have No complaints about Brad the bartender he is always in a good mood, -Brad train your coworkers to be nice! Overall I give it a B- rating but worth the trip to see for yourself! You just may love it!

Got a free shot for my birthday and I didn't even have to ask. Now that's service. This is the kind of place you need to walk in and seat your self. It's not bougee' it's a neighborhood bar as the name implies.Luckily we ended up sitting down just as half off apps set in. We MAXED out. Everything was delicious. The homeaid "hood sauce" and rance were on point. Our waitress remembered everything without having to write it down. Do yourself a favor, stop by, and try it for yourself. Will be back again for more!
