We came here for the annual Platzkonzert Germanfest on Saturday, September 6, 2025. A lot of fun and cool activities for the whole family. It had good German food, good drinks, and trailers set up for Friends and The Office, etc. Live music going all night. Overall it was just a great night of eating, drinking and being with family. 5/5! (Written 9-14-25)

We were there for the October Fest. The music was great. The tables and chairs were put too close together in the tent.

Such a fun spot! Hideaway Brew Garden has such a unique vibe with all the different themed campers, great food, and plenty of drinks to choose from. It’s the perfect place to hang out with friends, relax outdoors, and enjoy the atmosphere. The staff is friendly, the music is great, and there’s always something going on. Definitely one of the most fun seasonal spots in the area—I’ll be back for sure!

Super cute area!

Fun atmosphere, great server Nicole. The food was horrible and no prices on the menu. Nachos $45 were gross andstale chips and no mixed drinks.

Such a fun and unique summer spot!
We visited Hideaway Brew Garden during their Irish Festival and had an amazing time. The atmosphere is super laid-back and family-friendly — live music, great food and drinks, and even corgi races (which were adorable!).
There’s plenty of seating, cool vendors with handmade crafts, and string lights that make it feel really cozy in the evening. It’s great for both adults and kids — plus it’s pet-friendly, which is a huge bonus.
They have themed events all summer long (can’t wait for Pet Fest!), so it’s definitely worth checking out before the season ends. Highly recommend if you’re in the Chicagoland area!
