Came here for lunch, staff was very friendly and attentive. Must try are their boba teas. We tried their galaxy tea (mango and peach) as well as the kumquat lemon (more tart than sweet). For the table we ordered a round of chicken karaage. It was not my favorite. For the ramen we had spicy jumbo shrimp ramen which was the best one of the ones we tried. Also had tonkotsu shoyu ramen which was good but was better once chili oil was added, I asked for it on the side. The chicken ramen was a little plain so I would not recommend that one unless you prefer subtler flavors.

This was good ramen for the burbs. It was a bit of a drive to the Hoffman Estates location. However, we were able to get seated with no wait. If you check in via Yelp, you can get a free appetizer of crab rangoon. We also ordered chicken karaage, tonkotsu shoyu ramen, and black garlic tonkotsu ramen.Food came out surprisingly fast. The staff was good at taking away the empty plates and bowls. Chicken karaage was good. Chicken was juicy, crispy, and cut in good size bite pieces. Crab rangoon was okay, I mostly tasted the cream cheese, I felt like there wasn’t much imitation crab meat in there. Tonkotsu shoyu ramen was delicious. I enjoyed sipping the rich, flavorful pork broth. Pork meat was nice and tender. It broke apart easily. Noodles were chewy and good. It’s a tasty ramen for the cold weather. Black garlic tonkotsu ramen, I liked the broth more than the shoyu. I found it addictingly savory and had a longer lasting impression on me. Prices were reasonable. Sufficient parking.

Simple unassuming place and just so so good!Service is very friendly and attentive. Food comes out pretty quick. Rice dishes come out faster than ramen bowls so be aware.Can't really go wrong with anything on the menu from teas to rice dishes to ramen. Everything we have tried has been absolutely delish.We have had as appetizer: the crab salad (has bits of apple for added crunch) , the bang bang shrimp , karaage, and crab Rangoon. Recommend them all.For dinner: we have sampled the spicy ramen (I picked spicy), tonkatsu pork and chicken ramen, the tantamen (ginger sesame broth), shoyu ramen and the beef shank ramen. Loved them all!I typically make sure there is an egg and bamboo in all my broth based ramens.i Like the added protein and texture they bring.I can only eat about half of a bowl and have enough for another meal the next day which is awesome.

Excellent first experience here. Top notch ? garlic Tonkotsu ramen. Our whole table agreed that each item we ordered was great. The drinks were also well made. I usually recommend Misoya Ramen in Mount Prospect, but if you are closer to Hokkaido Ramen House, then definitely give this one a try. You may find your new favorite Ramen bowl. I can't wait to try the other options available here as well. We will be back!
