We waited a very long time; there were three tables after us, and yet they were served their food before us, and we waited for a long time.

Very disrespectful toward delivery drivers. The woman working there was dismissive and rude, giving unpleasant looks, but her demeanor completely changed when a customer walked in—suddenly she was kind and welcoming. This kind of inconsistent behavior is disappointing for someone in customer service.

Don’t get the veggie Pho. Broth tastes like water. Otherwise no complaints really.

We are long-time customers and love this place but we are re-thinking it now. $11.99 fried calamari gets you what is in the photo. No, we haven’t eaten anything from the box yet. That’s how it came.
There are 11.5 pieces which means it’s a $1 apiece. I understand inflation and hard times but give me a break, LOL!!!

I visited here for the first time on a certain day in December 2025.
I ordered a Salt & Pepper Tofu from Appetizers and Crispy Egg Roll and Pho with Chicken from Lunch Special.
Those were very tasty and volumy.
The staff was were very kind and helpful.

Everywhere I go I get Pho. Than Bros from the Seattle area is my favorite and my benchmark. I had to get some Pho while in the area for the Metal Threat Festival.
Good sized bowls of steamy pho with a nice aromatic broth, noodles, meat and everything else. Broth is what makes or breaks it and this was good stuff. Not quite up to my standard but damn good. Would eat again for sure!

Food is always delicious! Never had a problem with the food. Service is spotty at best! They get lots of traffic via takeout and dine in which is great, love that for them. It’s just staff can’t be as attentive to customers with what they have. It’s super popular and that’s for good reason, but there’s no way 2 workers in the dining room can take care of the amount of customers they are getting. If you place an order over the phone? Chances are you’ll immediately be directed to hold for 5+ minutes then hung up on LOL. Ordering there is no better because you’ll wait at least 50 minutes for take out. No eta given on food being ready either so. It sucks, the best places to get food have sketchy service! Love this place down though!!!

Ordered for pickup. Food advertised as authentic Vietnamese. It is not. It’s chinese food called Vietnamese. Rolls were made with wrong wrapper so you get a huge roll mostly wrapper, filled with cabbage. Viet egg rolls don’t have cabbage. Crab rangoon has weird metallic taste, and was really runny. Premium rice dish was the most egregious: chop’s salty and overcooked and definitely not grilled as it should be, the other just slices of mystery meat also dried out and rice is mushy. Skip this place, they are about chinese styleheavy sauces and fillers. Asked server if food is authentic Viet, he said yes. I looked around and it didn’t appear to be (lots of chinese thematic things around). When i asked again because it appears not to be authentic, I was told ‘well it’s Vietnamese Style! ‘. Skip this place. There are too many good authentic Vietnamese restaurants to settle for salty saucey chinese style Viet food.

I had their lunch special they offer during the weekdays. I was sat right away, and after ordering, the food came quickly (which was great, because I was hungry!).
I ordered the lemon jasmine iced tea (without sugar), crab rangoon, and the steak pho.
It all comes down to the broth for a good bow of pho. The taste was delicious, flavorful, and fragrant, without being overly salty or too bland. I finished the entire thing!
Great, no frills place for a comforting bowl of pho!

House of Pho is one of the best Vietnamese restaurants I’ve visited! I tried the shrimp rolls, banh mi sandwich, and beef pho, and every dish exceeded my expectations. The pho broth is rich and flavorful, with tender, perfectly cooked beef and fresh noodles. The shrimp rolls are light, crisp, and full of flavor, while the banh mi sandwich is packed with fresh ingredients and just the right amount of seasoning. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and attentive, creating a comfortable dining experience. The cozy atmosphere makes it ideal for both quick meals and relaxed dinners. Highly recommend!

Pho soup nothing like the picture in the menu. Only few pieces of meats. Brisket overcooked and break into little part as you see the picture. Broth taste plain and totally not worth what I paid for.
