Had the brisket again tonight and it was killer as always. I tried the pit beans for the first time and I have to say if I was buried alive in them I’d die a happy man. 🙂

Went to I Smell bacon bbq for the first time last weekend, food was excellent! We had the brisket, shredded pork, mac & cheese, the Texas toast, and the cornbread, all were awesome! Didn’t care for the baked beans, but we will definitely be back!!

Catered Thanksgiving and Christmas. Everyone loved all the food. Definitely was well worth it. Can't wait to order again. staff was super friendly upon pick up too

I stopped by on a friend’s recommendation and was thrilled with my order. The brisket sandwich was delicious. Portion was large and meat was moist and lean. The spicy slaw was quite flavorful with a nice kick. Pickled onions were an unexpected flavor burst. I was surprised at how large the inside was, and am excited to bring my family back, so I can try other menu items. Would be hard to pass up that brisket, though! The best I’ve ever tasted!

I saw they place was like cool New bbq spot. I picked up the combo they were selling that. Specifically asked if it was enough for two people and it was not. Got to my car and it looks likes is tasting for 1. I did like the flavor of the beans and the brisket. So update we had them second time. Loved the loaded potato with brisket. Decided to take the stress out of thanksgiving and have them make it. The taste and flavor is amazing. However the sides for 4 to 6 people will not serve 4 to 6. So if you plan it buy double. The mac and cheese is what i expected for the side as i paid for a half pan of that. I want say thank you for cooking very flavorable food. The sides just little bigger portions for dinners like this! I will keep coming back cause they are improving!

Menu was expansive, service was great, the food was delicious, and we will be back soon!
We had the egg rolls for an app, my wife had wings and I had the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich. All were top notch.

Very cool new spot. The food is terrific. The candied bacon may very well be the best I’ve had. I liked the homage to Toby Keith on the sign above the smoker room. Waitress was nice. Will definitely be returning.
My one suggestion: buy some heat lamps for your food expo station.
It is not appealing seeing our food sit on the counter top of a bar reach in cooler at room temp while we wait for our server to run it. Especially when the bartender on duty doesn’t feel like running food that day. The chef came back out and ran the food to us. Shout out to that guy.
Everything was excellent. A couple of heat lamps from restaurant depot or even Amazon would definitely make your customers feel a bit better.
