The waitress forgot my napkins and my cream for my coffee and my omelette was not good at all, my spinach taste frozen and watery. My pancake came cold and Ihop is known for the best fluffy, hot pancakes and my pancake was cold and not fluffy at all This IHOP is in Hoffman and State on Higgins. I will never return again.

The worst, service kept rushing us and only 3 tables were taken, not crowded, the waitress scammed me out of $10 and sorry to late for senior discount, I’m 80 with white hair, she knew. Bill wS $61.17 I left $10 tip. That was $61.17 without discount, she wouldn’t give to me. Then waitress brought an eggs Benedict on toast, not a muffin. She did offer to bring another but my daughter had to get back to work. Should have taken off bill. I will never go there again.

My server Sandra was excellent, she was friendly, extremely helpful with explaining everything, patient, and just a very pleasant server and look forward to requesting Sandra the next time we visit IHOP.
