Rudest service I have ever had, I do not know what is going on in this store, but had a server who never refilled drinks, never offered specials never checked on us to make sure food was cooked properly come back and point to a "suggested" tip of 20% on the bottom of the receipt and tell us we didn't tip enough, not only was she borderline negligent of her duties, but also obviously lacking in the ability to understand what the word suggested means, T.I.P.= to insure prompt service, teach your customer service team the necessary skills to deal with customers please, or better yet leave an iPad on the table for people to order themselves and save your company some money. They are not worth the 4 or 5 dollars an hour they're paid.

As a server I have to say I am disgraced by what passes for service in this "establishment" I brought my daughters softball team here after practice for team bonding, they were greeted by a server asking them what they want to drink, no hello; no my names is: fill in blank here, no offer of specials, they were refused to have the bill split, when any one who's served more than a week should have the sense to see a team and ask if they need separate bills, they were offered no refills, and then told they weren't aloud to leave with out tipping 25 percent! To have a tip demanded and to refuse to split the bill so you can enforce a ridiculous gratuity is not just ignorant and poor business practice but shows a complete lack of professionalism it's no wonder you need to demand a gratuity when you are to lazy to actually do your job. No wonder the restaurant industry has taken such a hit accepting this sort of behavior from employees in their customer service ?

The food is very good but I think it is an abuse that when you go to pay the waitress tips the highest amount. I think that is optional, what percentage should be left because the percentage is left according to the treatment but every time I go they do the same, I only go because my children like this breakfast

Today I had a terrible experience, since we arrived the waitress treated us indifferently, at the end of eating she was not rushing us to pay the bill, when I go most of the time I make the payment through the application, then I made my payment and I went to the bathroom, when the waitress was leaving she yelled at me that I hadn't paid her, I mentioned to her that if I had paid she should check her computer and she kept yelling at me that I hadn't paid her, the manager also told her not to leave without paying, how can they assume that I didn't pay if they didn't really verify, it's too annoying that I yell at you in public, I was a regular customer there, but I'll stop going while that manager and that cashier are there, because they simply because they saw We were Hispanic, they thought we weren't going to pay and that is racism and the worst thing is that they are also Hispanic.

We ate in person but got an order of buttered pancakes to take and got this. Is this confetti pancakes or is it mold?
we will not eat at this location AGAIN. my husband was so hungry that night, he ordered their turkey dinner. when it came, the turkey dinner was only 4 thin strips of turkey, and when we asked "is this the turkey dinner?", she said that the cook said it's company policy to only give so much. $15 for four thin strips of turkey?! we failed to take a picture of the turkey dinner.

Who ever was the cook 02/09 sucked! I wanted to cry because my son’s pancakes were burnt and hard! My husbands waffles stale, the chicken tender way overcooked, we paid $60 I’m so mad I wanted to walk out, I didn’t say anything, I hope manager or someone sees this

The parking lot was not shoveled as a handicap person it was very dangerous. I ordered a t bone steak and eggs, and the steak was all cartilage with no meat, and the bacon was raw. The waiter was good and did apologize for the food.

Very skimpy on fruit topping for rooty tooth combo barely visible.Toast buttered tastes like oil and again barely there. Have to ask for soft toast not rock hard.Now a to go cup of refill is kid size not larger clear to go.You raise your prices continually at the same time skimping on quality/quanity.Eat here frequently, exceptionally disappointed from 4 days ago!It is always freezing, asked hostess not to put us by patio booths and that is where we were, I should have told her where I wanted to sit.Music is blasting
