Jersey Mike's Subs

I had a sandwich missing from my delivery order. After calling in the missing sandwich, I was told that it would be made again but I'd have to come and pick it up or accept a refund for just the sandwich. That defeats the purpose of the delivery order. There is not a manager on site that I can deal with to resolve this issue until monday. I paid over $80 with the delivery tip. I find this to be utterly ridiculous for customer care.

Placed an order for delivery, they didn't send everything! In order to get missing items, we were told we had to go get it. Asked for a refund on the delivery or the food, and they refused. Asked for manager and was told not on duty. Would not state when the manger would be available. Very rude person. Finally stated to call on Monday.

Got no mayo and they dumped it on the sandwich…EDIT THEY CALLED AND GAVE ME A FREE SANDWICH SO NOT TOO BAD.

Ran out of bread before 6 on a Thursday. Waited until they sold the last piece before telling everyone else in line. Very poor management. Avoid.

I ordered sandwiches to be picked up, and I walked in 5 minutes after they were supposed to be done and they had not even started them. The restaurant was not busy and the two workers were doing nothing. This was 5/31 at 6:50 pm. The workers were not apologetic,

Awful music, rat bread (?), insubordinate youths, truly pitiful. urine everywhere.

I'm normally a Jimmy Johns guy but we stopped at this Jersey Mike's recently for lunch and it was very delicious. I got the Italian sub and the regular size was larger than I thought it would be. It had a ton of meat on it and the bread was very soft. Two sandwiches, drinks, and chips cost me about $30 which is roughly what it is at Jimmy Johns too but I felt our sandwiches at Jersey Mike's were a little larger.

The restaurant was clean and the two employees inside were very polite. We got our sandwiches in maybe two minutes after ordering.
