My mother shopped there yesterday and you have an employee that is telling stories about how he and his brothers like to scare people and he does so by walking up behind customers and spitting on their necks. He also was not wearing a mask despite it being law right now. And the last 2 times I shopped there every employee was wearing their mask below their nose if not below their mouth too. Horrible Store!!

Do not recommend the Drive Up & Go. Ordering was easy, the app works perfectly. Pick up however was a mess. Arrived and called the number on their sign 4 times where no one answered. I called the stores customer service twice then I finally had someone pick up. She hesitated when I told her I was trying to pick up my groceries and then gave me an eeeehhhhh give me 5 minutes to bring your groceries out. Jill finally brought out my groceries after I had to call the number on the sign again after waiting another 10 minutes. So total it took 25 minutes of me waiting in the parking lot for my groceries therefore I saved no time with Drive Up. I could of shopped for myself within that amount of time.

As with many Jewels, there is a small TCF Bank right inside. Also of note: after the mid-2014 remodel there are no longer any self-checkout lines.

This store is going downhill. The prices are higher then competition's and the Preferred Card is a joke. Don't try to use coupons, it takes the cashiers forever to ring them through. Shop elsewhere.
